    So weird. I have had anxiety a lot in my life and never heard about vitamins deficiency when going a million times to the ER with panic attacks

    • @caroline61804
      @caroline61804 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Try taking two per day capsule multi vitamins from Lifeextension.com. Lacking the B vitamins really does cause panic attacks because your eally are being killed at the cellular level. This one two per day from lifeext , has these vitamins in their active forms. Also if you run into worse symptoms or headaches then you need to only take B1 and B2 and B6 and niacin 5x a day in 100 mg in each capsule. B1 HCL form or Allithiamine. B2 as riboflavin and also get the active form as well... google it. B6 just go for the active form. niacin as niacinamide. DO NOT TAKE niacin. It causes a flush due to liver toxicity. nicinenamide, the other, form works really well for KREB cycle.

      HI, I also went to the ER for the same reason and was never told that low iron and being anemic can cause panic attacks. The doctors never mention it at all.

      How did you get B12 in injections?

    • @qtpie488
      @qtpie488 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@bigdogmo1352 it wasnt easy. They are prescription only. A neurologist tested my levels and they were in the low normal range. Gave me 2 shots. I then argued the WHO's regulations to continue getting them. And I told her that unless she was willing to do both the MMA and liver cobalamin test, the normal b12 test was irrelevant because I had symptoms. I think she was tired of me. But I had to be my own advocate.

    Hey, new subscriber here! thank you for your videos. I have had lower back pain since christmas day, which is now joined by muscle weakness and tremor, and Ive convinced myself I have MS, or Parkinsons or Motor Neurone disease! And perhaps I have, but more than likely the shaking and trembling is due to fear and anxiety!! It's so easy to panic and freak out over all these symptoms, and that just makes them worse. Listening to few of your videos has told me to get a grip. Off to make a calming cup of tea (I'm English!)

    I believe I read that an ordinary baked potato has more Potassium than a Banana. I was having runs of heart palpitations and the Doctor wanted me to take beta blockers. Instead I increased my Potassium and Magnesium the Palpitation runs stopped and blood pressure dropped to normal.
    My Anxiety started due to low Vitamin D, it was the LAST thing the doctor decided to check. Vitamin D affects a great many functions in the body including calcium absorption.

    • @sarahr7279
      @sarahr7279 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Same with me- heart palpitations and anxiety/panic attacks.my doctor also wanted me on beta blockers but I wasn't convinced it was my heart or anxiety at such a young age. I had low potassium. The blood work my doctor ordered said I was in range but two times I went to the emergency room it said I was low. The ER doctor sent a script to my pharmacy for potassium, since then no heart palpitations/ panic attacks. We are still looking into why it was low in the first place. Drinking coconut water and high potassium foods to keep it up.

      @Margo Lockweeze Thank you. I appreciate you taking the time to write that. I feel like I'm figuring a lot out on my own because my doctors want to mask my symptoms with meds that I don't want to take. I want to get to the root of it all. You gave me a few things to look into. I am/was having many of the symptoms you described. I was looking into mineral salts but I'm not sure where to find them? Any ideas? Thanks so much.

    Any of you guys had strange visual symptoms? I personally got something very strange after stopping Quetiapine (have no ideea why I was on it in the first place) some call it visual snow, or at least that's the closest thing I could find to describe it. It's like my eyes are shaking and everything is flashing black and white... extremly strange sensation. Could it be Anxiety?

I have done my ECG echocardiogram endoscopy and what not... Doctor said my heart was fine.... All the doctors are saying that I have in society and anxiety is causing me e these weird pains all over my body and specially my chest pain.. somewhat I was not ready to believe them... I I'm having extremely dry lips... It's sometimes even bleed when the skin comes off, kind of dry skin. And people tell me that I looked very unwell... I got my vitamin test done.... And my vitamin d level is 12.... Dr never asked me for a bit test but can my chest pain and other pain all around my body and specially my wrist and my feet can be a sign of vitamin d deficiency... Can vitamin d deficiency at a level of 12 be so severe
