I learned this during a bad breakup. My therapist told me when you say "they have so much potential" or "they have the potential to be loving, to be hard working, to be empathetic" it's saying that person does not have those things, so don't wait for them too go find someone who does already.

I've been watching your videos for such long time and honestly. they've helped me soo much with my confidence and finally getting the power to cut of my toxic friend of three years that has been literaly threatning me . anyways I don't blame myself for the past anymore and I just let go and don't carry that with me. but there were times that i had no friends i was crying and watching your videos. mostly cause I felt youre like such a nice friend that even listening to you would make my day🍓
