Perfect timing! I'm currently doing an internship and I have a coworker who continuously gets on my nerves and makes nasty comments and cover them as being 'jokes.' I tried speaking to her about it yet everyday is the same thing. I'm really trying to be less reactive and not let her disrupt my peace of mind.❤
U’ve got it! Sometimes being civil isn’t an option and straight up just not talking to them outside of work related things is the way to go!

what a great note to start my day on🤩i have been struggling with keeping friends as i feel they never see my vision or want to grow and they tend to take advantage of my kindness. i have been thinking alot about the difference between kindness & niceness. being nice is clown behavior - it’s all about pleasing others and we are so let down if we don’t see reciprocation. kindness comes from the heart and doesn’t seek validation. lately i’ve been questioning what my intentions are with my actions and if it stems from needing validation i set a boundary and then give myself some self-care & journal my thoughts.

Hi Lumma!
I recently got broken up with (it was a one sided break up, just like your situation, i also commented my story briefly in the comment section of your breakup video)
Today, it has been a little over a month and obviously it still hurts.. and i'm trying to get better but the first weeks i didnt even act like a human. Everything i worked towards, studying a new language for him because the plan was to move to his country (germany) obviously that's not happening now because he broke up with me so suddenly..
I'm at a place now where i have no idea what i want to do.. and sometimes i'm even shy to admit that i want to make new friends and be more interactive on social media... but i feel like im scared to do it because what if my own town sees it and makes fun of me.. and then i just want to earn money maybe doing a vlogging channel and just be self sufficiant in a way where i dont have to work in an office here 8-17:00 every day and come home exhausted..
I'm basically trying to figure out what im suppose to look forward to right now. Past year the things i looked forward to was moving to germany, i sold my apartment even for him to move there... i studied german in the university and 1 month ago he broke up with me in the middle of all of this? He was my motivation and i know that i shouldnt say that but he really was, you know? I believed in our relationship and everything for once was going well for me.. i was happy in life... but now im completely broken and i guess what i'm trying to say is i think i want to do something i've always been scared of doing. Being on social media or making youtube videos looks very vulnurable because you really put yourself out there and i adore and look so much up to you Lumma because you've come so far!

For example someone owes me a large amount of money and refused to pay me back for over 2 years.
I’m taking them to court IDC how clownish that makes me because I’d be more of a clown if I just “let it go.”
