Amazing. I've had to go through so many videos to find a simple, straight-to-the-point tutorial on how to disassemble + reassemble the 43X. Great video! Thanks.

Thanks for this video! I haven't bought a 43x yet. I'm considering getting it for my first gun. I just like watching these to see what I'm getting in to.

The gap between the slide and the guide rails always throw me off.
I panicked with that feature on my first glock.

You did the takedown in the most overcomplicated way, push it back with your palm from the front a little bit, then use your middle finger and thumb to push the release

Which sights are those ? I was going to get Trijicon Hd’s but Trijicon says it will extend past the beaver tail on MOS models.

Muuuuuuch easier than taking apart my old 1911. Everyday i carry my 43x im reminded that the 1911 is obsolete. 😢

Ain’t no way it’s this easy😂😂 I just dropped my gun off at a store last week they said it would be a week to install it and then I called them 1 week + 2 days after and they haven’t even touched it yet. I just went there and said fuck y’all I’m taking it back. Now I watch this and it makes me even more mad you telling me it was this easy and they took over a week and didjnt even touch it😂😂😂 that’s crazy took you 2 seconds these guys suck at the place I went to holy shit😂😂

My recoil spring doesn't stay down as far as it could go. It's still on that second shelf but everytime I field strip it it's slightly above that half moon groove. Is something wrong????

I believe that's how it's designed. It looks like it gets slightly "dislodged" but the firearm functions fine. I had the same experience with Smith and Wesson M2.0. I just stopped worrying about it, never had any malfunctions

Easier to pull slide back then take back levers then pull trigger way simpler

I struggled until I found out you do have to pull the trigger once you know for sure there’s no round in the chamber. I skipped that at first and struggled quite a bit.

I'm the same way. I've owned almost every model they've made over the years. Changed things up and got a 365x first (amazing btw, never thought I would ever say that) and was planning on getting the 43x. Its not going to be a deal breaker obviously but what exact step is difficult? That little quarter inch back pull on the slide? I could try it myself but I'm not going into a local shop and try to do this as it's a respect thing for the shop
