Making a scrap wood jewelry box

- I applied boiled linseed oil, and after 48 hours, I wiped it clean.and
I did spray lacquer three time
wood : walnut,maple,jatoba(Brazilian cherry)

Scrap can be cut-offs from previous projects. It doesn't have to be junk.
I know what you mean. My scrap box is bits of plywood and recovered pallet wood etc. Sigh!

Yeah, let me just go to my scrap buck that's 4ft tall and pull out some 2ft boards 3ft boards and a 4ft board. I just ordered 6 pieces of 18in and 24in walnut and almost went broke.

Incredible. There is never such a thing as “scrap wood”. There is always a use for them... I call them treasured off cuts and treat them as such... who knows when you need that small thing for that project... well done again.
🤔 yep,i agree.all my boxes,shelves and other woodworkings were made out of best pieces what the off-cut boxes had to offer.so i was able to save the wood from the stove and a few people were happy with the things i made out of it.before i buy some wood in the diy market,i always dig in their scrapwoodcrates and only purchase the missing wood which is mostly not much then.it's a shame and somehow unbelievable how much still usable wood they just throw in the trash there.sure i'm happy that i am saving money, but on the other hand i am a little appalled about this waste.

Can I come over and dig through your scrap pile? Only thing I have in my scrap pile are chunks of plywood, some con. grade pine pieces and some chunks of moldy oak from the yard!

Me encanta tu video, pero no estoy dispuesto a tragarme 4 o 5 anuncios de youtube, por un trabajo que has hecho tú y que acaban llevandose el dinero, estoy en contra totalmente de los anuncios, por eso en todo lo que vea por youtube voy a dar un NO ME GUSTA y dejar de sucribirme, espero que otros vean mi ejemplo y erradiquemos los anuncios en youtube, que el trabajo lo hacen otros y les pagan miseria.
