I was waiting for the console release of Severed Steel, only to miss it has I had forgotten about for a while. Then in January this year I remembered the game, bought it and it was worth the wait. Holy crap this game was so much fun. Not just gameplay but the music too. I will admit though that while I appreciate the minimalist approach of the campaign mode, I would love more lore to be told from the Severed Steel universe, like in a sequel perhaps.
Severed Steel is one of my favorite games from last year. It’s just a really fun shooter.
