🚄 INFORMATION KEY
Train Numbers - e.g. 43032 or 800110 - These are train numbers which are specific to that train. No trains can be numbered the same. Locos are 5 digit numbers where the first two numbers are the class of train e.g. 67010 would be a class 67. Multiple Units are 6 digit numbers where the first three numbers are the class of train e.g. 390154 would be a class 390. Click Here to learn more

Headcodes - e.g. 1F32 or 5M00 - These are used by the railway signallers to determine where trains are on the network. Every train within a region has a specific four code ID. Click Here to learn more
➤ en.wikipedia.o...
Set Number - e.g. WB64 or NL04 - These are semi-permanent loco hauled coach formations which are kept together for formalities. The first two letters usually indicate the maintenance depot responsible e.g. OC is Old Oak Common, LA is Laira. The number indicates the rake number.
🚄 ABOUT ME
Hello everyone, I’m StarlifeStudios and my passion is to experience and video railway stations across the United Kingdom at both small and large locations, but, with an informative twist! My videos are also designed as a historical reference for the days of the past and to reminisce about the way things were. Join me as I continue to travel and be sure to let me know if you’d like me to video at your favourite or local station.
One of the best spots for South London Freight action. Always good to see some 465s as well 😁
Don’t forget 69006 again! 😂
@@StarlifeStudiosi saw it. You caught her nicely. 😉
The next time I see this one it’s not quite as nice 😂 none of the other stations on this route are much good 😞
Denmark Hill railway station is in the area of Denmark Hill in south London, England, on the South London and Catford Loop lines. It is 4 miles 22 chains down the line from London Victoria. It is managed by Thameslink.
Funny that it’s not in Denmark

Denmark Hill is a great place to see London Overground, Southeastern, Thameslink and freight trains. And is a very busy small station in South London.

Oooh nice one
You should go to Cheadle Hulme and Oldfield Park
Have you done important junction stations like Lewisham, Tulse Hill, Dartford, East Croydon,
West Croydon, etc? I want to see where the various train routings go, and which tracks they use; I love track diagrams, and operations. Aarre Peltomaa of Mississauga, Ontario
Hello, I have been to some of those;

Great video! Quick random question, will you ever do a ‘freight at speed’ video or will they take too long to capture for one video?
I may be able to make one from all the clips I’ve had over the years but you are correct about it taking longer. I will see what I can do for you Confused Oxygen.
@@StarlifeStudios awesome! Thank you so much, it’s fine if you don’t want to/ can’t do it either.
Hi there what camera/camcorder do you use ?
I use a Panasonic HC VX1. Thanks for watching 😃
The Last Time You Visited Denmark Hill Was In 2018
Correct and since then a few things have changed :)
Seeing graffiti on the trucks is bad, but also kinda interesting to look at.
Starlife if u can see my comment can u plz reply? 🥺🥺🥺
I can see your comment Xavier
OMG
465/9s sound better.
I couldn't leave without having at least one recorded 😃
@@StarlifeStudios There aren’t many going around now, I heard most of the /9s are in storage.

I love your videos. They are so good. One day can you train spot at Eastleigh or Basingstoke on the SWML (South Western Main line). Basingstoke is my home town.
Absolutely, I am assessing my options for Eastleigh in April/June. Basingstoke has some good freight on weekdays as well so those two might be done on the same day 😃 Thanks Kenny
@@StarlifeStudios your welcome
