    As a Russian portraitist I can say that your face is rather South-Eastern European or Persian-Arab type. Balkans I would say, or Syria, or Caucasus. Still in a Russian city very few will recognize a foreigner in you until you begin to behave like a tourist. Russians, even southern-most are northern type. Your is southern.
    It is unlikely that your name is strongly associated with your DNA, but probably you already know that it is of Persian origin and means "rare". A surprise for you may be that in Russian there is a very similar name (Nadezhda = Nadia = Nadiusha = Naden'ka), and it is translated as "the hope". So you can choose :) Well, it's also worth saying that the Russians with the Persians are very distant but relatives who have a common ancestry from India. That should explane some of test results.

  • @ImKr15t3n

    Finland and Hungary are actually tied in ancestry, the languages both belong to Uralic languages Finno-Ugrian group, which also includes Estonia and many smaller ethnic groups in Russia. The languages are completely different from any other European languages and so is the ancestry, although of course that has been mixing a lot. And the Soviet Union used forced relocation of people in their areas massively so East Europe mixed a lot especially in the 20th century.

    • @nicknicholas7859
      @nicknicholas7859 7 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      No, Finland and Hungary has no real heritage as they try to make us believe it. In Finland they do not teach this foolishness anymore and in Hungary they are thinking to stop teaching it..Hungarian language is not more similar to finish language than Czech..There is not a single word that we can understand if a finish person starts talking...anybody can say that the language change over time, but still there has to be some mutual parts in the language...and Hungarian-finish there is only a few words that are similar (then again, almost in every European language can be found that much smililarity...) and a phony story about how our tribes united...Do not forget our ancient Hungarian szekely writing...the runic that has an alphabet which is clearly the same as the current Hungarian alphabet. In the szekely runic there are all the typical Hungarian letters that can only be found in the Hungarian alphabet..there is no doubt about that..no other alphabet in the world can be matched with the szekely runic, only the Hungarian..it is more than obvious..szekely runic writings are dated back to several thousands years old..even before Finland even came in the picture..finish tribes might learn some things from Hungarians, for instance the counting because there are the most similarities, but this does not mean we are from the same roots..I do not intend to harm finish history or anything, I am sure they have a bright history too, but Hungarians can be lead back even before the Huns.. even back to Sumerians..We came from that area long, long ago. We have not been here for a little more than 2 thousand years, Hungarians have been here for several thousands years..as our ancient runic writing proves it perfectly as well as other things that are too much to go into now..

    Hungary, beautiful place. Even if I was there in end of the 90s. Beautiful country, nice people, interesting language that I love to listen (but not understanding a lot, haha). Was also there in Slovakia back to that time - but heard it has much changed since then - back then it looked very poor about the buildings but nice decorated with flowers everywhere. I enjoyed that a lot. Back around the millenium it was still like a travel back in time. Seeing cars that are pretty old and all of that. Nowadays it is more westerned.

    The results vary according to which DNA test lab you send the sample. Partly because they interpret differently, what area of the world the genemarkers should belong to. And partly because their dateabase is different. I just watched a video of a guy who sent his sample to 4 different labs. Very different results, but it doesn't mean they actually were wrong.

    Slovenia is not coloured with the Balkan region. They have a different DNA composition than Balkan countries. It's weird they include Albania and Greece as well.

      Because Albania and Greece are in the Balkans , and share similar history and even phenotypes .

    I like licorice, but I'm not sure if salting it would make it better.
