Just to pass some information along, on some spindles the holes to mount the brake hose that normally sits on top of the spindle are located on the back of the spindle. You need to re-route the hose thru the inside instead of the top.
Thanks for the video! I had a Rough Country leveling kit installed on my 03 LS Tahoe....no good. Teeter totter on wheels. Looking to replace their N3 shocks with the 5100 Bilsteins so I am glad to know your truck rides a ton better. You helped me lean towards a spindle lift and pretty much the exact setup you have. Truck looks mean! Can't wait to see how the 35's look. Are you planning on adding wheel spacers in the back to line them up with the front? Thanks again
Yea almost 10k miles later and the 5100/spindle lift combo has been great. Way better than all the Chevys with cranked keys I’ve had. The 35s look sweet to. I haven’t pulled the trigger on spacers yet but I definitely think it would look better. I will be making a video with the 35s here soon. Thanks for watching.
Appreciate it! I can’t remember exactly but I would say somewhere around 1300 total. All the parts were from rock auto. Not to bad of a price when you think about what you get out of it. Truck has another 20k miles now and still drives perfect. I’ll post another video soon it has bigger tires and a lift now. If you have any questions just let me know.
They will but u will have to leave the axles out 😢..but they ain't made for 4wd just because of the transfer u will have to get a drop bracket foe the transfer I. Order for it all to work 😊

Can i add springs on a tahoe, if they didn't come stock?
What do you mean like the rear springs? All these Tahoe came with springs in the rear from what I know.
Will those spindles work with 4wd they look the same

@@joeroe2839 if I leave axles out is drop bracket still needed
@@M33LTicket nope none needed just leave em out leave transfer where it is just delete axles and add the spindles and ur set to go
@@joeroe2839 😎appreciate the help
@@joeroe2839leaving the axles out will that cause any future problems on the transfer case
are your keys cranked?
No, that’s the reason I went with the spindle lift. It let me back out the keys way more and have a lot nicer of a ride.
