My BBQ tank just ran out of gas :(

My Park Model vacation retreat going up in flames after our neighbors unit initially caught fire for a 'yet to be determined' reason.
Tragically, all we could do is watch as the flames jumped to ours and devoured it.
Fortunately no one was injured although my teenagers were inside our unit when fire broke out next door. They got out just in time.
Kudos to the Wellington County Volunteer Fire Dept who limited the blaze to the two units. It was big.
What you are seeing in this video is the 20lb propane tank on our BBQ grill 'off-gassing'. A relief valve has let go and flames are jetting from that valve. Sounded and looked like a jet engine. This safety feature looks crazy but prevented the tank from exploding which would have been very, very bad.

Fortunately my teenaged kids made it out of the Florida room before our unit caught.

Been sifting through wreck indentifying/documenting for past two days. It's just stunning to see what that kind of heat does to plastics and metals. Aluminum posts looked like melted candles.
