HOW To: 2007 Subaru Impreza WRX wagon CV axle replacement

Hey everyone another beautiful California day and we are working on the 2007 Subaru Impreza WRX wagon. Took a little trip up to the coast and realized under acceleration there was a little vibration. Once I got home I got the car up on jack stands and found the problem. A broken CV axle boot was clear as day. I have a 06 sedan wrx, would this basically be the same way? Looks easier than other videos ive seen. Also where did you get the parts or can someone direct me to a good site that has OEM parts?

Planning on doing this repair myself but I don’t have a tool to measure the amount of torque. Is it really necessary? Also whenever I search for the CV axles all I can find are the rear axles. Trying to avoid spending $1000 at the Subaru dealership
