    This is a first for me - just pure tones and brown noise. Remember though, these are higher frequency (40 Hz), so it’s helps your brain get stimulated and focused. Just like it’s wide awake and in the zone. I tried to make the tones a bit louder than other versions I’ve found so it is noticeable but just barely. Adds a mechanical layer to the noise, kind of like a fan or air conditioner. It’s very nice! Hope you enjoy!

      Thank you so much dear. I’ve just been diagnosed with adhd and I tried several videos, but nothing really worked before. This one it’s like a massage on my neurons from the beginning and my mind is clear and I feel relaxed and content in a very long time. I just wished I could download it too easily listen without internet. Or is it on Spotify too? I couldn’t find. I can’t thank you enough 🙏❤️

    Ive never listened to just brown noise before, so i cannot make a comparison, but this was my reaction. I have ADHD & ASD. I was feeling very scattered and drained from overstimulation and emotional fatigue as well as feeling very discouraged by my lack of productivity today. The second I pushed play (headphones on) I instantly smiled. I REALLY wasn't expecting that! It literally feels like a brain massage. I feel like I'm riding in a car with my head leaning against the window, like I used to do on long trips when I was a kid. I wonder if this is similar to what normal feels like because its cancelling out all the extra garbage in my head. This is great! Wow! Thanks! 😊

      Wow, what a nice comment to read. As someone who also has ADHD, I know the emotional fatigue that comes from overstimulation very well. So I’m so happy this noise is working to quiet your mind. I think with binaural beats, when you find a frequency that works well, it can be such an invaluable tool, especially for someone with ADHD. And thanks so much for the kind comment too!

      @@OttosHealingSoundsGood observation. I have ADHD and brown noise reminds me of plane trips from NY down to Florida to visit grandparents and Disney World. I think the reason brown noise often makes people think of childhood and a safe environment might be because the noise on plane flights which is a form of brown noise was frequently experienced by people when taking vacations with parents. The brown noise we hear today bring us back to those safe family vacations that were often bookmarked by flights to and from the vacation. AC units at home as kids with parents nearby could also recall childhood safe feelings. Makes sense if you think about it.

      This sound immediately took me back to lying on the backseat of my Daddys 66 Chevy Chevelle with the SS emblem on the back seat. My father was an excellent driver. I felt totally safe and secure. He was in control of that vehicle. The sound of that comfort is like a relief to my brain. I get to just "rest" my vigilance and let Daddy drive. I'm 32 years old. Its 2am, I'm infront of my desk in cape town south africa and am experiencing so much peace listening to this. I only found out today that I've got ADHD, I just thought I was a problem and had no way to define or describe this to anyone. When I wake up in the morning - everyday - I have 1000 things rushing through my mind. Sometimes I struggle to make sense of it or explain to people. But reading everyone's comments and listening to these sounds - I feel understood in a weird way. Thank you all for being vulnerable to comment and to the person for posting this as it is another step in getting to know an almost undiscovered part of myself,

    hello, im just here to thank you for this amazing audio. i never thought I had adhd bc i never got informed about it and i thought having adhd was having bad grades and being a messy child. my friends always tell me i act like a little child. or that i hardly pay attention to what they say, that im clumsy and i always lose things. i thought it was just being distracted but... no. im like this since I was a little child, and teachers labeled me as a talkative and a "she can't stay in her place" child. i was scared of doing research about this disorder, and then i found out i have adhd. now im here studying for my history test, and feel like i have no brain anymore, or idk how to explain it; it just feels like something ive never felt. oh thanks kind man for posting this:)

    OMG i have listened to so many different brown noise and/or Isochronic tone videos for focus and for sleep but ive never found one that works for me. Its either too high pitched or not smooth enough or theres a certain rhythm to it that just distracts me. This video literally scratches my brain in the best way possible. Its smooth, soothing, deep and gets me so focused and in the zone. Ive got sooo many essays to do and having ADHD is a struggle since every little thing distracts me especially background noise. This video has helped quiet down my racing thoughts and block out any background noise. THANKYOU !!! Keep doing what you are doing and i hope everyone has a lovely day and just remember that you are so powerful and so capable of achieving your dreams. Having ADHD is a nightmare coming from experience so the fact that you are actively seeking ways to manage and/or control the symptoms is a good step in the right direction. It is wonderful to read all these comments and see all the positive effects your video has had on some people. It is clear to see videos such as these are very much useful and beneficial. I would like to ask what's the reasoning behind labelling it as "40Hz" and "gamma wave"? This video is playing a sine wave at 164.81Hz as well as some relaxing background noise (what I assume "brown noise," refers to). Thanks!

    • @OttosHealingSounds
      @OttosHealingSounds  23 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      Hi there, so the “40Hz” and “gamma wave” is in reference to the binaural beats specifically. The 40Hz is the different in frequency being played in the left and right ear, which is meant to encourage a gamma brain wave state for the listener. For this effect, you need to listen with headphones. Gamma waves are the fastest brain waves and are associated with a high state of focus. Granted, not everyone will experience that effect. Hope this answers your question! Thanks for the comment!

    Nearly perfect 8 hours of focus and sound blocking. This is so helpful for writing! (e: and great for meditation, too!)
    One issue: at roughly 59:42, there's an odd shift in the sound, which is attention-grabbing and breaks focus. The tone shifts dramatically at that point, though it's still nice and mellow afterwards. Other than that, this is great, thank you!

    i dont have adhd (as far as i know lol), but i have a heavy load of study to do and im not always with my mind as able to focus... i experiment on sounds a lot, this was my first time with a "brown noise" and it worked SO MAGICALLY
    I want to point out that I believe it approaches the sound experience of being in the womb. I study a lot of very early life psychological development (I'm a psychologist and psychoanalyst) and after I finished and came to the comments I associated to that. Very cool tool :)

      I’m very happy to hear that it’s working for you and that’s a really interesting theory that makes a lot of sense. There is something so inherently comforting I feel with brown noise so it makes a lot of sense to me. Glad to hear that it’s doing the trick for you and thanks for the kind comment.

    Thanks for this. It helps calm my blood pressure when I’m overstimulated and anxious

      You are so welcome. I never ever thought about lowering blood pressure. I’ll have to test mine while listening. Thanks for the kind words and hope it continues to bring you calm vibes.

    It took away all my thoughts and made me focus intensely on my relationship break down instead of sleeping. So. I guess i recommend this

      Well, hopefully it’s provided you with some clarity and reflection. But maybe not a night time noise for you by the sounds of it…

      That’s great news! Glad you found that noise and happy I could connect you with it. It’s so interesting how different frequencies and noises work with people’s brains. Thanks for the kind comment!

    Из-за того, что в моей стране нет специалистов, которые могут поставить диагноз ADHD-я занялся самодиагностикой и уже как год ею занимаюсь. Включив это видео я ощутил облегчение, появилась улыбка и через несколько секунд мурашки по коже. Немного заболела голова, но, скорее всего, это от усталости

    • @OttosHealingSounds
      @OttosHealingSounds  7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Сожалеем, что у вас нет доступа к специалистам. Диагноз может быть очень полезен даже просто для понимания и объяснения вашего опыта. Тем не менее, я рад слышать, что этот шум и частота помогают вам обрести некоторое облегчение. Спасибо за ваш добрый комментарий.
      (Я надеюсь, что Google Translate правильно справился с этим!)

    While there are plenty of ADHD relief/focus videos on TH-cam (which are great and I'm thankful for), the simplicity of this is fantastic. The smooth, consistent sound keeps everything even in my mind instead of my brain having to process notes shifting, which throws my focus off a bit.

    love the fact that its just a black screen. Other videos have some sort of background like an airplane window where I get distracted again. Not here, thanks!
