    For the past few weeks, every night at bedtime, I've been listening to track. And I love it! The fact it's 8 hours is a big PLUS!! I find it to be extremely calming and peaceful. Exactly like the low hum you hear on an airplane ... minus the occasional crying baby😊 thank you!

      I have autism and I have some neighbour who likes to play loud music in the middle of the night. Luckily they don’t do that everyday, but it still messed up my sleeping pattern and at times had to cry myself to sleep bcz I need a proper sleep pattern.
      I hope this will help me pick up on a proper sleep pattern, bcz I’m desperate for proper rest at night and not having to go to sleep with fear of when I will be allowed to sleep

    This is superb, the 432Hz brown noise helps me create an imaginary bubble giving me the sensation of moving at 500 miles an hour in a Cessna 750 Citation X privet jet towards a destination of " knowledge and higher understanding". Sometimes it helps to dream a little ;-)

      I really hope there’s no ads on there - but I no longer have the ability to control that. It’s all very unfortunate but as soon as I have control again that’s the very first thing I’m turning off. Mid roll ads don’t mix well with sleep videos

      Thanks Dan - I do have a louder version here th-cam.com/video/1WY4WAcG5-A/w-d-xo.html but it's not the 432Hz enhanced version unfortunately. But I'll let you know when I release a louder version of this one tho

    how does this work?

    • @OttosHealingSounds
      @OttosHealingSounds  12 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Mostly I’d say by blocking sounds that can cause distractions. Kind of like a sensory deprivation tank for your brain.

    Tf did you put inside, nightmares over nightmares sleeping to this

      Yikes. Yah, definitely doesn’t sound like the noise for you. I’ve never heard anyone else report that kind of reaction. Sorry it happened and hopefully you find another noise that doesn’t cause that! Nightmares are no good.

    is this like legit naming or made up noise color?

    • @OttosHealingSounds
      @OttosHealingSounds  12 วันที่ผ่านมา

      I guess legit? Brown noise (or red noise) are definitely noises. The noise profile here is tuned to emphasize a 432Hz frequency, but because it is “noise” it contains a whole bunch of other frequencies as well. At the end of the day I think it really just boils down to what you like the sound of. Hopefully that answered your question.
