After 10 minutes the show ended and crying alot, I finally got the ending fully.
    He created 5 personalities.
    His father
    His mother
    His inner child
    his controling ego
    And you, the observer
In the last scene, you as the observer are flying through the beam of light into his body back.
It's literal awareness as his true identity, getting in its place again,
while his persoanlity traits now are the observer united in his mind.
That is why the last shot is not seeing Elliot, but what he is seeing.
You are not the observer anymore, you are yourself now and you can rest.
No other show made something like this.
To include the viewer that much.
Not only has the show a very relatable plot on many levels.
It is very deep on a psychological and spiritual level.

This ending just…….it’s honestly the best ending to a show that I’ve watched. It’s also the first time I’ve cried at an ending. Probably because I relate to what Elliot is feeling. The feeling of not being in control of yourself (due to anxiety or any other condition), but you’re still trying regardless. Then when you’re finally free….it feels like a huge weight has been lifted from your shoulders and from your mind and you can finally relax and be happy without being assaulted by this feeling 24/7.
That’s why I love this ending. That’s why I relate to Elliot so much.

But then that last shot... that hit different in ways I did not expect. @@kaiweekes566 a bit late reply but no, the series isn't all in his head, it's all real and Angela's dead. The ending reveals that the Elliot we're seeing is actually not the original Elliot, the Elliot we're seeing was just another personality who has the greatest control of Elliot's mind that's why he's called the Mastermind. The hacker Elliot was just another protector personality just like Mr. Robot, he wanted to protect the real Elliot from the world that's why he hacks evil people and corporations.

I suffer from Depersonalization disorder and this hitted me so hard I had to stop watching it for 1 hour to put myself together.
On Depersonalization disorder you separate yourself from reality and your own sense of self
in order to deal with the trauma.
All your emmotions are numb, everything feels distant, less vivid and blank, like you are a spectator on POV mode . You don’t feel sad, but you don’t feel nothing else neither.
You become this "thing" stuck inside a stranger's body, seeing everything happening without understaing how and why. With time you get used to it and the “thing” becomes your new self.
And then after watching Elliot’s revelation (that he is just another personality) it made me realise how I’ve become the “thing” just to protect my real self from the world, just like Elliot.

"This whole time, I thought changing the world was something you did, an act you performed, something you fought for. I don't know
if that's true anymore. What if changing the world was just about being here, by showing up no matter how many times we get told we don't belong, by staying true even when we're shamed into being false, by believing in ourselves even when we're told we're too different? And if we all held on to that, if we refuse to budge and fall in line, if we stood our ground for long enough, just maybe... The world can't help but change around us. Even though we'll be gone, it's like Mr. Robot said. We'll always be a part of Elliot Alderson. And we'll be the best part, because we're the part that always showed up. We're the part that stayed.

Just finished this show and it is easily one of my most favourite shows of all time, top 5 for sure. Everything is just so masterfully done, every actor no matter how significant they were in the grand scheme of the show, gave their performance its all, and the main plot which had created so many sub-plots, all are amazing; literally every episode was great, and there were absolutely no shortcomings. The music is phenomenal and consistenly augmented the emotions any scene tried to convey. Another thing I would like to say is that this show, when I watching it, felt like it merged the cinematography styles of various other shows and films into one, which obviously was a stunning thing to observe! THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO WAS INVOLVED IN THIS MASTERPIECE

What if changing the world was just about being here, by showing up no matter how many times we get told we don't belong, by staying true even when we're shamed into being false, by believing in ourselves even when we're told we're too different? And if we all held on to that, if we refuse to budge and fall in line, if we stood our ground for long enough, just maybe The world can't help but change around us. Even though we'll be gone, it's like Mr. Robot said. We'll always be a part of Elliot Alderson. And we'll be the best part, because we're the part that always showed up. We're the part that stayed. We're the part that changed him. And who wouldn't be proud of that?

Its interesting that the circle surrounded by elliot's life moments resembles the camera angles and shape of Whiterose's machine. I believe that, in the end, the idea of "time traveling" is defined by every aspect of Elliot relieving every moment/memory he ever had, as a part of him. He lives in the present, shaped by everything he ever experienced, accepting it. My perspective on it.
