The first video of us renovating our 100 year old, 1000 square foot house. We start by demoing all the walls down to the studs and removing all plumbing and electrical.
Beadboard ceiling probably would have saved even to sell or repurpose. 6:02'if those are termites better to treat the area and kill everything before pulling it all down and potentionally send them flying to other new areas they can re-infest.
I'm the type that likes high ceilings all the way up to the roof, but I have to admit, I was kind of digging the coziness of that low ceiling. Of course I'm sure my 6'10 son would of had a problem with it. All in all that is a cute little house. 😊

How long did demo take? It was just you and your wife?
8-10 weeks working nights and weekends. Yes just us. A small demo crew could do it in a week or 2.

Just looked back, it took 8-10 weeks of nights and weekends before I could start the new framing.
