The Loneliness of Minecraft 20w14Infinite

So yeah, it's a bit of a different video. But I just tried this Minecraft Snapshot for the first time, and you should, too. All of the photos in the video are from separate dimensions you can find in the Minecract 20w14Infinite snapshot. This version gives off a weird vibe. It feels so big and unexplorable. There are so many dimensions (over 2 billion) that are (I think) just as big as the overworld. Heck, some even resemble the overworld, but they aren't. It feels as if there's so much to explore. You simply can't explore it all. There's so much empty space that it enhances the feeling of loneliness. Some of the Dimensions are Natural, some look like the Manifestation of gibberish while some look almost normal but as if a Player has build something there, long forgotten leaving only decaying structures behind, it's pretty eery, Lonely and empty, that's why I love this version so much. Honestly, you should give it a try

The fact there are millions of different dimensions and they're all as big as the main world is honestly overwhelming when you think about it

It's give off a vibe similar to liminal spaces (or maybe it's in fact liminal spaces?). This snapshot is so interesting but so overlooked

Yeah, what actually inspired me to play around with this version, which in turn led to this video, was how many people described these dimensions as liminal. And I absolutely love liminal spaces. It's a pretty cool snaptchot. I have to agree with you there

Well, it's a nice and liminal version, but I understand Mojang. It wouldn't make much sense for the game to have infinite dimensions, and you can always go back and play older versions/snapshots, so it's not a total loss

@hyperx2003 Oh yeah, then that's Bedrock you're on. On Java you can rollback Minecraft to pretty much any version.

I found a dimension made mostly if diamond ore, i need to start a survivak world on this, i did do it with a freind one time but we just speed runned getting a portal book

I’ve always loved 20w14infinite for how liminal its dimensions felt, especially the secret ones. im glad somebody feels the same way about this April fools snapshot. Definitely my favorite one out of them all, and it likely always will be.
