I never understood this until you explained it in a language I could understand. I always believed that Mary was a virgin her whole life but some phrases in the Gospels left me puzzled
@@beagle5 no one has ever added to God's words in the Bible. Present-day Evangelists seem to take pleasure in twisting the word of God for financial greed. Jesus Himself said "Let no word be taken away or added to the word of God"
"Is this not the carpenter, the Son of Mary, and brother of James, Joses, Judas, and Simon? And are not His sisters here with us?” So they were offended at Him. But Jesus said to them, “A prophet is not without honor except in his own country, among his own relatives, and in his own house.”" Mark 6:3-4
For some reason, I never doubted in my mind about the Virginity of Our Holy Mother, only because I believe that what or who God chooses will live up to God's plans! That means that in choosing St. Joseph for the role of Our Lord's Foster Father, St. Joseph remained just that: Foster Father, dedicated to guard and protect Our Lord and His Mother, not to do anything else! If a Priest or a Nun could offer themselves totally to God, how much more someone who was approached by an Angel to fulfill that role?!
😔 Mary was just a simple woman that received the blessing and honor of giving birth to our lord and savior jesus christ, she herself was not holy in any way which is proven by the fact that she did have children some of them were even mentioned by name in the bible, also the father in this video keeps talking about the Greek translation instead of the Hebrew translation, which was actually the original language that the scriptures were written in so he should be talking about what it's says in Hebrew, all that said please understand that no one is worthy of worship but God and by worshipping Mary you commit blasphemy against him.

@@DivineMercy_Official but what do the scriptures say??? The church fathers aren't infallible. The Holy Spirit, the Author of the scriptures is. Our pure, heavenly Mother, Virgin Mary only conceived and gave birth to our God & Savior, Jesus Christ. She is a perpetual virgin and the epitome of who God wants everyone to be. Jesus Christ has no blood siblings as He is God.
Believing others entered God’s creation the exact same way Jesus Christ did is to say it’s ok for others to use the same exact cross Jesus Christ did when He left creation.

the answer: Jacob, the brother of the Lord, is James the son of Alphaeus, and at the same time he is the cousin of Christ according to the flesh, the son of Mary, the wife of Clopas (Celopas is another pronunciation of Alphaeus). The cousins' children were considered brothers due to the close relationship, according to the Jewish customs of talking about this relationship. An example of this topic is what was said about Jacob’s kinship with his maternal uncle Laban, as the book says: “And it came to pass, when Jacob saw Rachel the daughter of Laban his maternal aunt, and the sheep of Laban’s maternal aunt, that Jacob went forward and rolled back the stone, and watered the sheep of Laban his maternal aunt, and Jacob kissed Rachel and raised his voice and wept, and told Jacob Rachel is her father's brother and Rebekah's son” (Genesis 29:10-12). We see that although Laban was Jacob's uncle, he was considered his brother. This same situation was used by Laban with Jacob when he asked him to be paid for herding his sheep. He said to him: “Because you are my brother, do you serve me for free? Tell me what is your reward?” (Genesis 15:29). The same situation occurred in expressing the kinship between Abraham and Lot. Abram was Lot's uncle. Therefore, the book said about the history of Abram and Haran (Lot’s father): “And Terah took Abram his son, and Lot the son of Haran, his son’s son” (Genesis 11:31). However, when Lot was taken captive from Sodom in the war at Kedorlaomer, the book said: “And they took Lot, Abram’s nephew, and his possessions, and departed... And when Abram heard that his brother was taken captive, he dragged his trained servants with him” (Genesis 14:12-14). According to this ancient custom, Christ’s cousins, the children of Mary, Clopas’ wife, were called his brothers. As for this Mary, she is the one mentioned in the Gospel of John: “And standing by the cross of Jesus were his mother, and his sister, Mary the wife of Clopas, and Mary Magdalene” (John 19:25) (Read another article on this topic here on the St-Takla website in the Questions section and articles). It was said about this Mary in the Gospel of Mark: “And there were also women looking from afar, and among them were Mary Magdalene, and Mary the mother of James the younger, and Joses, and Salome” (Mark 15:40). These Jacob, Joses, and Salome, the sons of Mary, the wife of Clopas, are the ones mentioned in the Jews’ saying about Christ in the Gospel of Matthew: “Is not this the carpenter’s son? Is not his mother called Mary, and his brothers Jacob, Joseph, and Judas?” (Matthew 13:55; Mark 6:3). As for the Virgin Mary, she gave birth to none other than Christ, and she lived as a virgin all her life, and the “brothers of Christ” are not her children, but rather her sister’s children. James the Younger (son of Alphaeus) was called the Younger, to distinguish him from James the Great (son of Zebedee), the brother of John the beloved.
The Bible does not say that Mary Had other children. The Bible says that Jesus had brothers and sisters and the Hebrew word for brothers "ah" and the Greek word for brothers or sisters called "adelphos" can mean simply a near relative or close relative, like a cousin, not necessarily or usually a sibling.
Regarding Mary having sin or not, in Genesis 3:15, both Jesus and Mary are said to be in a state of "enmity" against the serpent, which in the original Hebrew means "complete and radical opposition" to Satan. It is for this reason that it is not likely that God would have permitted Mary to inherit the condition of "original sin" from Adam and Eve. Any participation by her in the disorder and corruption of the soul that the rest of us inherit from Adam and Eve would place the Mother of Jesus at least partially under the sway of Satan and evil, and thereby contradict the complete "enmity" between Mary and Satan prophesied in Genesis 3. She still needed a savior to preserve her from sin in the first place because Jesus could not have co-existed with sin in the womb of a woman who had any sin.
"SUPER GOSPEL INFANCY" MARY GOES TO LIVE AS JOSEP'S WARD Now there was this elderly man named Joseph who was from the family and city of King David, the Judean town of Bethlehem. This man was trained in all knowledge and wisdom, and had been made a priest in the Lord's temple. He was skilled in his carpenter's trade, and he took a wife as the other men do--fathering four son's, whose names were JUDAS, JUSTUS, JAMES, and SIMON; and also two daugthers, whose names were ASSIA and LYDIA. But that venerable man Joseph, my father according to the flesh, and husband to my mother mary, went off to his business and practiced carpentry with his sons.

The context was about Jesus' family, not His brothers and sisters in the faith nor his cousins since this was specifically talking about His parents, Joseph obviously being His stepfather
@@DivineMercy_Officialyour Catholic versions say the same. Nothing different. The only inerrant version of the scriptures are those from the original manuscripts, those that come from the original Hebrew and Greek
Mary & Joseph had 8 children ---Jesus, James, Joses, Jude, Simon, Mary (Mary Jacob, Mary Cleophas, Mary the Gypsy. She was married to Jacob Cleophas), Joanna, & Sarah.///The account says that Mary was found with child by the 'Holy Spirit' (pneuma hagion). It is clear that not only does heos in Greek mean until. But there are more than one passage that prove without a shadow of a doubt that Jesus had not only brothers but sisters. Matthew 12:47-50 Then one said to him, "Look, your mother and your brothers stand outside, seeking to speak to you." 48 But he answered him who spoke to him, "Who is my mother? Who are my brothers?" 49 And he stretched out his hand towards his disciples, and said, "Look, my mother and my brothers. 50 For whoever does the will of my Father who is in heaven, he is my brother, and sister, and mother." Mark 6:3-4 Goes further and gives the names of Jesus brothers “Is not this the carpenter, the son of Mary, and brother of James, Josi, Judas, and Simon? Are not his sisters here with us?" They were offended at him. 4 Jesus said to them, "A prophet is not without honor, except in his own country, and among his own relatives, and in his own house." Why did his Mother and Brothers and Sisters seek to speak to him ? Because they were afraid of the crowd that had gathered and as we will see in Mark 3:20-21 “And he came into a house, and the crowd came together again, so that they could not so much as eat bread. 21 And when his family heard it, they went out to take charge of him: for they said, "He is out of his mind." Therefore you are wrong it is plain for all to read in the Bible.

@@DivineMercy_Official Yes it can mean that, but it does not mean that in the context given. There are only four names given as to who the brothers of Jesus are, if what you say is true there would more than those four names given . Instead we see the distinction between disciples and brothers. John 7:1 After these things, Jesus was walking in Galilee, for he would not walk in Judea, because the Jewish leaders sought to kill him. 2 Now the Jewish festival, the Feast of Tabernacles, was near. 3 So his brothers said to him, "Depart from here, and go into Judea, that your disciples also may see your works that you are doing. As you can see from the context Jesus biological brothers were afraid just as his Mother was in earlier chapters of Jesus ministry, they thought he had gone mad. Only your own relatives would think that, that is why Jesus said the same thing. That is the reason that Jesus did not go to his mother and family when they wanted to speak to him, and why he also said who is my Mother, brother and sisters? They wanted to talk him out of what he was doing…. The text is clear that his family were trying to hinder his ministry because they were afraid for his safety, meanwhile his disciples were oblivious to any danger that would befall Jesus even though he told them that he would be killed. Again you have erred and I am surprised that you are preaching another gospel.
Thank you and no offense, because it applies to everyone including you and me, but you don't have the authority to determine that. Again no offense, but the Church of 2,000 years established by Christ disagrees with you. And I'll go with what they say rather than your opinion, which is just that: one opinion among many. That's why Christ established a church, and there was only the Catholic Church for 1500 years until Martin Luther invented his own. God bless

But in every way we have made this known to you in all things. 7 Or did I commit a sin in humbling myself that you might be exalted, because I preached to you God's Good News free of charge? 8 I robbed other churches, taking wages from them that I might serve you. 9 When I was present with you and was in need, I was not a burden on anyone, for the brothers, when they came from Macedonia, supplied the measure of my need. In everything I kept myself from being burdensome to you, and I will continue to do so. 10 As the truth of Christ is in me, no one will stop me from this boasting in the regions of Achaia. 11 Why? Because I do not love you? God knows. 12 But what I do, that I will do, that I may cut off occasion from them that desire an occasion, that in which they boast, they may be found even as we. 13 For such people are false apostles, deceitful workers, masquerading as Christ's apostles. 14 And no wonder, for even Satan masquerades as an angel of light. 15 It is no great thing therefore if his servants also masquerade as servants of righteousness, whose end will be according to their works. 16 I say again, let no one think me foolish. But if so, yet receive me as foolish, that I also may boast a little. 17 That which I speak, I do not speak according to the Lord, but as in foolishness, in this confidence of boasting. Who are you to say what authority I have or do not have, wasn't Jesus crucified for the same reason?
Not at all. Christ died to redeem you. And he does that through his passion death and resurrection and he continues it thru the authority he gave to his Church to make sure everybody gets taught the truth and not follow their own opinion
Many of the statements you make are not bible based. Also Mark 6 verse 3 brings clarity: Is this not the carpenter, the son of Mary, and the brother of James, Jose’s, Judas and Simon? And are not His sisters here with us?
According to some scholarship, Joseph was married before. It is possible he had children from that marriage. The bible is conspicuously tight-lipped on anything to do with Joseph.
@@DivineMercy_Official It's within the realm of possibility, but I don't believe the Church leans in that direction at all. When you read the Gospel accounts of the pre-nuptial life of Joseph, there is no indication that Joseph was bringing other children into his marriage with Mary. Neither is there any indication that there were other children with Mary and Joseph when they fled to Egypt, presented Jesus in the Temple, or when they went to Jerusalem for the feast of Passover in the caravan.
The word heos can also mean unto. So Joseph have no relation with Mary unto she gave birth and he called him Jesus. Mat 28vs 20 And behold I'm with u always, unto the end of age.
Remember everyone, God gave the world His holy word so we can know the truth....He won't lead us astray. The Holy Spirit will lead you in all the truth. Therefore repent of your sins and believe on Him who died for our sins and receive the Holy Spirit who is our guarantee of the gift of eternal life all Glory to our Lord Jesus Christ!

The word adelphos does not work for brothers" in the faith during Jesus ministry", especially since only four (Judas, Joseph, Simon, and Jacob) brothers are uniquely identified, not including at least two sisters. These brothers went with his disciples to Cana of Galilee and were identified as being with Mary. John 2:12 "His mother and brothers, and his disciples". If these were cousins they would have been referred to using circumlocutions, such as his mother's sisters children. And there were no older half brothers present when Jesus went to Bethlehem. The testimony of the gospels simply rules out other possibilities.

@@DivineMercy_Official you need proper exegesis on this account. You just ignoring the fact that Jesus while on earth had a siblings(brother & sisters).🙂
@@solidfox015 Proper exegesis shows there's not one place in The Bible that Jesus had a sibling. The word Ah in Hebrew or Adelphos in Greek do not mean sibling when when referencing brothers and sisters just like Paul calls us brothers.
@@DivineMercy_Official I know sir that is your argument. but if you look the passage of Mark 6:3 in proper context they are highlighting it to Mary not to Joseph as son & daughter. 2. you can also read Matthew 1:25 :"But he(Joseph) did not consummate their marriage until she(Mary) gave birth to a son. And he gave him the name Jesus". the word consummate in original means (ginosko - to know, to have sex). Just sayin
Thank you, but again nowhere in The Bible does it say they consummated their marriage. This is not in the original Canon. This has never been stated in the original scriptures.
Mary was a sinner just like every person born of man. Jesus was born sinless as the conception was by the Holy Ghost. Mary had other children. Often the Roman Catholic church avoids Matt 12:46-49. The context lays out very clearly the distinction between "his brethren", children of Mary, and later those who are considered as part of the faith - other brethren - brothers and sisters in the faith. vs 49 shows that distinction. If one follows rules of hermeneutics, there is no doubt Jesus is making a distinction between his blood brothers and his spiritual brothers. One can twist the scripture to prove some false dogma, but that does not make it so.

Yes, Jesus is the only way to the Father but there are many ways to Jesus. Andrew brought Peter to Jesus. Philip brought Nathanael to Jesus. That is a form of mediation. In proclaiming Christ the one mediator (cf. I Tim 2:5-6), the text of St. Paul's Letter to Timothy excludes any other parallel mediation, but not subordinate mediation. In fact, before emphasizing the one exclusive mediation of Christ, he urges "that supplications, prayers, intercessions and thanksgivings be made for all men" (2:1). If subordinate mediation is not allowed, please don’t ask anyone to pray for you because prayers are a form of mediation. Moreover, the Greek word used for "one" that St. Paul used here in I Tim 2:5-6 in the phrase "one mediator" is not monos, which would mean "sole," but eis, which can mean "one" in the sense of "principal," or "first in a series." Jesus is the principal Mediator who enables many other sub-mediators to transmit the grace of God to others. Again, faithful Christians act as sub-mediators in Christ when they pray for their neighbors, share the Gospel with the lost, and serve the poor. The Bible says that our growth in faith and holiness is aided by the intercessions of the other members of the Body of Christ (Eph 6:18; I Thess 3:11-13; I Tim 2:1-4), and there’s no better intercession than that of Jesus’ own mother. Jesus comes from the line of David an in the Davidic Kingdom the role of the Queen Mother was important (1Kings2:19). Read about how she had the function of "counselor" to the king in regards to all matters. God blesss.
They were Jewish. Not Catholic. After Our Lord was born, they had sec. They had children. The names of four brothers and there are at least two unnamed girls. The Catholic argument is based on theological reasoning. If you look at the words and if you read it at face value. Christ had brothers. The BIG tip off is, no one says first born unless there is a second. Notice the actual word in Genesis is day one-not the first day. Only the second through sixth days are mentioned as part of a sequence during Creation week. Therefore, day one was all there was, until a second day was created. Jesus was the first born, otherwise he would have been Mary’s only begotten son. That is not the case. Jesus is God’s only begotten son, Mary’s first of five boys. Why does the Catholic Church never affirm that Peter was married? Priest in the Orthodox Church marry. Peter was married. Proof- Matthew, Mark, and Luke give witness to this- Matthew 8:14 (KJV) And when Jesus was come into Peter's house, he saw his wife's mother laid, and sick of a fever. Mark 1:30 (KJV) But Simon's wife's mother lay sick of a fever, and anon they tell him of her. Luke 4:38 (KJV) And he arose out of the synagogue, and entered into Simon's house. And Simon's wife's mother was taken with a great fever; and they besought him for her. There is a reason why the Church of the West suffered a Reformation but the church of the East did not. If Joseph did not ever have sec with his wife Mary, theologically, then Mary was never married-this is in violation of the fact that Mary and a Joseph are always considered a married couple-not just in the engagement, but also in the consummation of the marriage-sexual consummation is required. Joseph knew his wife just as Adam knew Eve. Arguments from silence are not verifiable.
@@DivineMercy_Official I will view it again and recommend. I know it is a touchy subject by those on both sides of the issue. The Perpetual Virginity of Mary-is that not a Catholic doctrine-and to be Frank-of the Eastern and Oriental Orthodox Churches, to include the Coptic and Ethiopian-which in and of it self-makes me wonder-are we missing something, or did all these branches of Christianity get it wrong? On one hand, if Mary never had intercourse-choosing to be celibate in marriage-then as Dr. Pitre of Catholic Answers makes a good point for the historical view that Mary was, in fact, a lifelong virgin. On the the other hand, if Nary was a virgin up to the birth of Christ, and after that, she engaged in marital relations, she had four boys by Joseph and two or more girls. This can be supported by the texts, but it flies in the face of established Church doctrine from BOTH the Western and Eastern Churches; that is, the Catholic and the Orthodox Churches, respectively.
In Mark 6:3 it is clearly stated that Mary had at least 7 children namely James, Joseph, Judas, Simon and daughters. This is clear proof from scripture that she is NOT a perpetual virgin. John 2:12 also makes reference to the brothers of Jesus. Matthew 12:46 also mentions the brothers of Jesus. Catholics should open the Bible and study the truth for themselves instead of relying on man made teachings.
Are you referring to the same Bible that was was canonized by the Bishops of the Catholic Church at the Councils of Carthage and Hippo in 393 and 397 AD and gave you the same bible you are reading today? You can't accept the bible and reject the authority from which it came. The Catholic Church gave you the Bible you have today and determined what books were inspired by the Holy Spirit. Of the hundreds of "gospels" that were in circulation in the early centuries, how did only 4 come to be in the bible? Yes, the Catholic Church :) And seeing Christ started a Church, and there was only the Catholic Church for 1,500 years, odds are pretty good it is the Church of Christ.... unless you think Jesus got it wrong until Martin Luther got it right. God bless and know you're in our prayers.
@@DivineMercy_Official I am referring to the same Bible. The idea of the perpetual virginity of Mary comes from a dubious apocryphal book written well after the New Testament. The book is called the Infancy Gospel of James, The Protoevangelium of James, or sometimes simply Protoevangelium, and it is estimated to have been written in the middle part of the second century. Authoritative New Testament works were those written or affirmed by the apostles (Luke 11:49, 1 Corinthians 12:28, Ephesians 2:20, Ephesians 3:5, 2 Peter 3:2). A host of false teachings and books came out after the canonical books. Some were written by well-intentioned Christians, some by Gnostics (thinking they had secret knowledge of God), and others by pagans of the day. Some of these books challenged New Testament teachings while others tried to fill in information. The Protoevangelium of James is like other forgeries trying to capitalize on an apostle. Often, people tried to associate a particular writing with one of the apostles to give it a little more credibility. However, the church usually recognized easily what the apostles had written. But this didn’t stop the controversies, nor did it prevent some Christians from being led astray. Even today, people are often led astray, even Christians, by things they read concerning the Bible. The Protoevangelium of James is like other forgeries trying to capitalize on an apostle. James, the half-brother of Jesus, was elevated to an apostle after he saw the resurrected Savior (Galatians 1:19; 1 Corinthians 15:7). So some people thought using his name would give some much needed credibility to the book. However, the church rightly recognized this book was not from the Apostle James. The early church father Origen wrote a commentary on Matthew in which he rejected The Protoevangelium of James as spurious and affirmed Mary had other children.

For some reason, I never doubted in my mind about the Virginity of Our Holy Mother, only because I believe that what or who God chooses will live up to God's plans! They called cousins "brothers" and "sisters" back then. They called stepbrothers and stepsisters "brothers" and "sisters" also. It doesn't mean that Mary was their mother.
Besides, when Christ said to John "behold your mother," John's own mother was standing nearby. By saying "behold your mother," Christ meant Mother of the Church, which John represented. The Church Fathers were clear on this.
@@lorichet yes brother can have other meanings, but not in that situation, if the teachers meant brothers in faith, why would he name them? Specially while naming his other family members, And how else would Jesus get brothers without his mother having them?
The scripture is crystal clear, saying those where his actual brothers, different to when he told John that Mary was his mother, that part was figuratively, now if you can't tell those two uses of that word apart, it's a language problem.
The bible says Mary was virgin until the birth of christ, then it says Jesus has 4 brothers and multiple sisters, why deny scriptures just to uphold an idea that's not even relevant to Christianity?

"Is this not the carpenter's son?" No. "Are not his brothers among us?" Again, no.
the answer:
Jacob, the brother of the Lord, is James the son of Alphaeus, and at the same time he is the cousin of Christ according to the flesh, the son of Mary, the wife of Clopas (Celopas is another pronunciation of Alphaeus).

Always read the Bible in context not just single verses.
John 6:42 NKJV - And they said, “Is not this Jesus, the son of Joseph, whose father and mother we know? How is it then that He says, ‘I have come down from heaven’?” Mark 6:3 NKJV - “Is this not the carpenter, the Son of Mary, and brother of James, Joses, Judas, and Simon? And are not His sisters here with us?” So they were offended at Him.
The context was about Jesus' family, not His brothers and sisters in the faith nor his cousins since this was specifically talking about His parents, Joseph obviously being His stepfather

“Is not this the carpenter, the son of Mary, and brother of James, Josi, Judas, and Simon? Are not his sisters here with us?" They were offended at him. 4 Jesus said to them, "A prophet is not without honor, except in his own country, and among his own relatives, and in his own house."
Why did his Mother and Brothers and Sisters seek to speak to him ?
Because they were afraid of the crowd that had gathered and as we will see in Mark 3:20-21
“And he came into a house, and the crowd came together again, so that they could not so much as eat bread. 21 And when his family heard it, they went out to take charge of him: for they said, "He is out of his mind."
Therefore you are wrong it is plain for all to read in the Bible.
The Bible does not say that Mary Had other children. The Bible says that Jesus had brothers and sisters and the Hebrew word is "ah" and the Greek word for brothers or sisters called "adelphos" can mean simply a near relative or close relative, like a cousin, not necessarily or usually a sibling.
This is the very reason Christ established a church and gave it his authority, because there can't be two truths. The problem with protestantism is everybody has their own opinion and now there are over 40,000 churches with different opinions....or they would be the same church. Again no offense, but the Church of 2,000 years established by Christ disagrees with you. And I'll go with what they say rather than your opinion, which is just that: one opinion among many. That's why Christ established a church, and there was only the Catholic Church for 1500 years until Martin Luther invented his own. God bless
@@DivineMercy_Official Is it the establishment or the foundation that the establishment sits on that determines if it will stand or fall?
The establishment you follow has been replaced with other establishments only because the foundation it sits on is wobbly.
Your boast is that it is the Church of Christ because it has stood for thousands of years .
But only --- as a three dimensional--- material building.
In the first four chapters of Corinthians Paul is already confronting the Church for preaching another Jesus.
2 Corinthians 11:3 "But I am afraid that somehow, as the serpent deceived Eve in his craftiness, so your minds might be corrupted from the sincerity and purity that is in Christ. 4 For if he who comes preaches another Jesus, whom we did not preach, or if you receive a different spirit, which you did not receive, or a different "good news", which you did not accept, you put up with that well enough. 5 For I reckon that I am not at all behind the very best apostles. 6 Even though I am unskilled in speech, I am not unskilled in knowledge.
🙏
Many of the statements you make are not bible based. Also Mark 6 verse 3 brings clarity:
Is this not the carpenter, the son of Mary, and the brother of James, Jose’s, Judas and Simon? And are not His sisters here with us?
Wait, did you call Joseph St.Joseph? Why?
According to some scholarship, Joseph was married before. It is possible he had children from that marriage.
The bible is conspicuously tight-lipped on anything to do with Joseph.
Yes, Rick, that is not against Catholic teaching
@@DivineMercy_Official
It's within the realm of possibility, but I don't believe the Church leans in that direction at all.

Matthew 13:55 Is not this the carpenter's son? is not his mother called Mary? and his brethren, James, and Joses, and Simon, and Judas? 56And his sisters, are they not all with us?

Thank God Jesus established the Catholic faith to remember all that He said guided by the Holy Ghost to all truth. That includes the perpetual virginity of the Blessed Virgin Mary every
Christians spiritual mother who is the perfect and spotless disciple of Christ.
What we are seeing from so many protestant comments is the Word of God being interpreted as the word of men.
Mat. 1 25 and mat 28 20 is not the same word mat 1 25 εωσου and mat. 28 20 is εως deferent meaning .
Thank you but 1,500 years of church teaching disagrees with you. No offense, but we'll go with the teaching of the church established by Christ rather than your opinion. God bless
@@DivineMercy_Official I respect your response and belief, but It's not my opinion, I'm just going by apostolic testimony. I will continue to research the matter, hoping I'm wrong.

Jesus had a brother the known 2 brother in the new testament are James and Jude Matthew 13:55-56/Mark 6:3/John 7:5
The word brother in the original language of scripture does not mean sibling.
Mother of mercy pray for us. Amen🙏 🌹❤️
God bless Beagle but do you really believe Jesus is going to let his own mother be used by Satan? Really?
Proof-
Matthew, Mark, and Luke give witness to this-
Matthew 8:14 (KJV)
And when Jesus was come into Peter's house, he saw his wife's mother laid, and sick of a fever.
Mark 1:30 (KJV)
But Simon's wife's mother lay sick of a fever, and anon they tell him of her.
Luke 4:38 (KJV)
And he arose out of the synagogue, and entered into Simon's house.
Did you actually listen to the talk?
This can be supported by the texts, but it flies in the face of established Church doctrine from BOTH the Western and Eastern Churches; that is, the Catholic and the Orthodox Churches, respectively.
i rather learn hebrew
The dogas are man made are they not
In Mark 6:3 it is clearly stated that Mary had at least 7 children namely James, Joseph, Judas, Simon and daughters.
