    I was a sinner, until many signs where given to me by God. until a rosary suddenly hooks up in my car keys one day i was getting it on top of a shelf (been doin that for 2 years). I know that Jesus is calling me that day. I starting reading the Bible cover to cover. Now i have this deep relationship to LORD.
    By the way, i still have the rosary hooked in my car keys ✝️

    The original Rosary consisted of praying the Joyful, Sorrowful, and Glorious Mysteries every day. I know it may seem tough, but it is definitely possible by the Grace of God! I pray that everyone tries to pray all 3 Mysteries a day (possibly 4 with the Luminous Mysteries if you can!) God bless everyone.

    We also believe that as God is one in heaven and on earth, so is His Church one in heaven and on earth, the one Bride of Christ; if a sinner like me is a member of Christ's body through baptism, how much more are the Saints in heaven who are perfectly united with God and His Church in heaven. Praying the Rosary brings us closer to the reality of heaven, constant prayers to God in unity with the Saints. It is in the Bible, "Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven."

      Ave maria? Pray directly to God. Jesus died so you could do so. Mary is not an intercessor; she is dead. Romans 8:34

      @eagletrigger ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@ashbyt1 No it's not. The rosary started when the common folk, in imitation of the monasteries who prayed all 150 psalms daily, started praying 150 Our Fathers instead because they didn't know the Psalms and Bibles were too expensive/took 3 years to copy for anyone to get them. Over time, others prayers inspired by the Bible were included, eventually settling on the Our Father, 10 Hail Mary's, and Glory Be that we know today. Each decade was then given a Gospel/NT event for the praying person to reflect on.
      The rosary has, and always will be, a means for us to reflect upon important Scripture passages. In this way, it's not idolatry, it's a means for us to grow closer to God.

      @@infamousgrizzly1358 pray: transitive verb
      : ENTREAT, IMPLORE -often used as a function word in introducing a question, request, or plea
      intransitive verb: to make a request in a humble manner
      Prayer is not solely worship. In fact, by it's original definition, it was not a form a worship, but a means to implore someone or something for help. Take a course in Shakespeare and you'd understand this as he uses it quite frequently.
      Now, regarding Mary, we don't worship. Nor do we the saints. We worship only the Triune God (Father, Son, Holy Spirit). But just as we can ask our fellow man here on earth to pray for us when we're in need, why can't we ask those in heaven, who remain our brother and sisters in Christ, to likewise pray for us in need? Sure, you can just pray to God on your own, just like you can go before a judge and plead your case. But wouldn't you want a lawyer who knows the lingo and is on a similar level to the judge to plead your case instead? The saints are in heaven, right there with God, in his Divine presence. Would that not make their prayers all the more pure before God (since no sin can be before his presence)?
      Also, the prayers of the rosary are biblical. The Our Father is a no brainer. The Hail Mary is a combination of the greeting by Gabriel and Elizabeth in Luke. And the Glory Be draws from various verses glorifying the Trinity. These are true prayers, unlike the half-hearted BS you constantly spew and call prayer.

    • @eagletrigger
      @eagletrigger 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@infamousgrizzly1358
      pray: transitive verb:
      1: ENTREAT, IMPLORE -often used as a function word in introducing a question, request, or plea
      pray be careful
      2: to get or bring by praying
      intransitive verb:
      1: to make a request in a humble manner
      2: to address God or a god with adoration, confession, supplication, or thanksgiving
      3/4 of the definitions for the word "pray" have nothing to do with worship. The original meaning of the word meant to request or ask for someone aid. If you ever read Shakespeare (which I highly doubt you have) you would know that he used it very often when characters asked questions in need of an answer or when needing help. So your understanding of what prayer is is fundamentally flawed to begin with.
      Now, let me state emphatically, we only worship the Triune God (Father, Son, Holy Spirit). When we pray to saints, we are asking for help. It's no different than asking a family member or friend close to pray for us. Except, the saints are in heaven, therefore they are no longer tainted with sin, unlike us here on earth. So it stands to reason that their prayer would be more pure and efficacious than ours here.
      "Well, I just pray to Jesus. That's all you need to do." Ok, fine. No true Christian says you can't. You should. God wants us to talk to Him, to bring all our hopes, worries, thanks, and problems to Him. All praying to saints does is asking that they, in its lowest form, put the good word in for us and our intentions. You could go directly to a judge and plead your case. But wouldn't it be better to get a lawyer who speaks the same lingo, knows the law, and can better argue your case before the judge? It's not a "one or the other" situation. You can pray to God AND His saints without taking away from God. To say otherwise is to put limitations on the limitless God. Which begs the question what god do you truly worship then?
      For all the Biblical verses to help prove my case (because I know simple logic is to your kind what sunlight is to a vampire), go here: www.catholic.com/tract/praying-to-the-saints . God speed.

    Father Alar, I have been deeply enjoying your book, as I have mentioned before, I take it to read during Friday Eucharist Exposition Adoration. It’s my dessert, after praying the rosary. I used to go only 1 hour, but now I go 2 hours! Why? Just so I can read your book!
    God sees me reading your book Father Alar 😊
    I don’t have to specifically say, “God please take care of Father Alar.” He already knows the author of the book I’m reading. ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

    Great stuff father Chris. I’m not catholic but I’ve been praying the rosary everyday for some time now. It’s my way of at least dedicating 30mins (minimum) of my day to Christ and carrying my own cross on a day by day to be closer to him. I noticed the days (only a small handful) that I missed out, I felt like I was falling away from Christ. So for me it’s become more of a daily ritual to remind myself of what Christ went through for us.

    Ephesians 6
    14¶Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;
    15And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;
    16Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.
    17And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:
    That's the full armor of God to a Christian. Don't be fooled by the devil to make you think a man made thing like rosaries and holy waters can protect you from his attacks. Take on the biblical armor of God. Don't believe what satan tells you but believes God. The devil knows how to play his game and most people fall culprits.😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

Many non-Catholics have been speaking about "The Rapture" for the last couple of years quite INTENTLY!!!! My question to you is, why isn't the Church talking about "The Rapture"?! I know we believe in it!!!! And what are your thoughts on it?!

      You've answered your own question: non-Catholic. It is a hopeful sentiment from the mid 1800 with no foundation for practicing Catholics. Our Lord never promised, like Our Lady to many seers, that we would not experience pain or persecution here, only, with perseverance, joy in heaven. Sorry, no easy way out, only help and love through .

    One time when Jesus was speaking, a woman from the crowd called out and said to Jesus" Blessed is the womb that carried You and the breasts at which You nursed".(Luke 11:27)In this moment, there was never a better opportunity for Jesus to declare that Mary was indeed worthy of praise and adoration. But what was Jesus' response? On the contrary, blessed are those who hear the Word of God and observe it".(Luke 11:28). To Jesus,obedience to God's Word was more important than being the woman who gave birth to the Savior.

      @Divine Mercy Thank you.., but if it is from the Bible,I'll take it, but if it is not from the Bible then it's not a message from God and I cannot take it. The Bible warns us through the letter of Paul to Galatians" But even if we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel to you than that we have preached to you, let him be accursed".(Galatians 1:8-9).

    • @DivineMercy_Official
      @DivineMercy_Official  ปีที่แล้ว

      @Honey Kim thank you but he's talking about things contrary to the word of God. Just because something is not in the Bible does not mean it is false. For instance read the last paragraph of the Gospel of John who says not everything is in the Bible and please read 2nd Thessalonians 2:15 where Paul says hold fast to the oral tradition that he teaches which means it's not in the Bible. That's why Christ started his church. If everything was in the Bible Jesus wasted his time in beginning his church because it wouldn't be needed. But the Acts of the Apostles says multiple times how the church is needed. Sola Scriptura is not in the bible. God bless

    • @honeykim589
      @honeykim589 ปีที่แล้ว

      @Divine Mercy Thank you..All the Scriptures is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete or "perfect " equipped for Every good work.(2 Timothy 3:16-17). When something breathed out by God, it has authority, that is infallible authority. So Scripture makes man perfect or complete to perform every good work that God desires for him to do. So we see that Scripture is sufficient since it's God breathed and therefore perfect, how can anything else be needed? God's Word is truth(John 17:17) that is absolute. When defending an absolute source, one must begin with that absolute source. We cannot go outside of an absolute to prove the absolute by something that isn't. Now outside things can show God as absolute Creator,but one must first start with God and His Word,not start outside of His Word to "prove"His Word before one can quote His Word. The Bible can't be reduced to just a historical document, it is supernaturally God-breathed and sufficient. Even in the Old Testament,we see God ordering Israel not to add to His Word, it shows that what God has spoken is infallible and sufficient thus it's not necessary to add anything to it. "You shall not add to the word that I command you,nor take from it, that you may keep the commandments of the Lord your God that I command you.(Deuteronomy 4:2). The Holy Scripture is the source or the foundation of the Christian faith,without it we wouldn't have any idea what God has revealed to us, but since we have God's Word, we have the perfect source of truth that explains everything we need to believe as Christians.

    • @DivineMercy_Official
      @DivineMercy_Official  ปีที่แล้ว

      @Honey Kim of course scripture is infallible. But what does the Bible say about nuclear war? What does it say about artificial intelligence? What does it say about contraception? Nothing. But Does that mean these items are not of important moral value? Of course they are. The Bible itself says not everything is in the Bible. That is why Christ established his church in the first place And this is what the church hass taught for 2,000 years. Sorry but I cannot continue to argue with you about this, God bless

      Hail Mary is in the bible: Luke 1:26-56. The angel hails her, tells her she is full of grace, and tells her the Lord is with her (Hail Mary, full of grace the Lord is with thee). Elizabeth says she is blessed among women, and says blessed is the fruit of your womb. (Blessed art though among women and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus). Elizabeth calls her Holy (blessed is she who believed that the Lord said would be fulfilled). Elizabeth then says, how is it that the “Mother of my Lord” should come to me? (Holy Mary Mother of God…)

    • @DivineMercy_Official
      @DivineMercy_Official  8 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      The Hail Mary prayer is in the First Chapter of Luke as the words of the Angel and Elizabeth. Even Mary said in the Bible, "All generations will call me blessed" .... why can't non Catholics? The Rosary is entirely biblical, that is what the mysteries are. The Annunciation (Luke 1:28), The Visitation (Luke 1:41), The Nativity (Luke 2:7; Matthew 2:1), The Presentation (Luke 2:22), Finding Jesus in the Temple (Luke 2:46), The Baptism of Jesus in the Jordan (Matthew 3:16 & Mark 1:9), the Wedding Feast at Cana (John 2:5), The proclamation of the Kingdom (Matthew 10:7 & Luke 9:2), the Transfiguration (Luke 9:29; Mark 9:3), The Institution of the Eucharist in John 6 & Luke 22:19, the Agony in the Garden (Luke 22:44), the Scourging at the Pillar (John 19:1 & Matthew 27:26), the Crowning of thorns (Matthew 27:28 & Mark 15:17), the Carrying of the Cross (John 19:17), the Crucifixion (Luke 23:33 & 23:46), the Resurrection (Mark 16:6 & Matthew 28:6), the Ascension (Mark 16:19 & Luke 24:51), Descent of the Holy Spirit (Acts 2:4), The Assumption (Judith 15:9), and the Coronation (Revelation 12:1) are all in scripture. These are what the mysteries of the Rosary are and what the Rosary is all about. God bless and know you're in our prayers.
