Grow a pair mate, leave the tears to the lefties.
I swear, everyone just blackmails everyone in this show. Everytime someone is about to do something "i have photos"
Yeah, it is used a lot, but in the shows defense, there's not much butcher can do physically when he's not on V so he has to rely on blackmailing tactics.
You gonna honorably fist fight Black Noir? What about Homelander? No? Then dont criticize how people get their advantages
@andrewanderson1755 that's not a defense. That's lazy writing. Stop putting him in those situations, then
If you ever feel useless, remember the guys guarding at the metal detectors, at an annual FIREARM convention.
They might be doing a check that stops anyone without a gun from entering.
I really love the supes with the pedestrian powers, "bottom feeder with quasi godlike powers" makes for a great cocktail for psychos.
4:10 this is honestly one of the coolest moments in the whole show and it deserves more appreciation
The way he checks butcher's position again and then slightly adjusts his aim is a really cool, subtle choice

I like that we more or less find out later that Soldier Boy really wasn't like that and probably just physically beat him up, as he did with Noir, etc.
Never doubted Gunpowder with the last delivery. Soldier boy never touched me…like that.
There was a scene that Jason Ackles refused to film so that's that probably whst got cut. The cast said it was" too graphic" and unacceptable.
If not for seeing his name in the credits I would've had no clue Gunpowder was played by Sean Patrick Flannery.
@@Kjleed13 Yes and he also played in the last season of Dexter. Great character actor.

He went from playing Powder to Gunpowder.
Powder was a designer gun store(that you couldn't actually use in-game) in saints row 3 and the characters thought they meant a hooker. I still don't understand the joke unfortunately.
So Gunpowder was basically Firecracker , promoting vought boogeyman propaganda

I seriously don't see how people like you are incapable of seeing George Soros as a legitimate menace to the U.S. political system. The DA's he's funded for their elections alone shows the man doesn't value American institutions.
I like to think that at the beginning butcher was just gonna intimidate him, but then got really confused when they just let him through anyway with the gun
You can almost spot Firecracker at a booth just out of frame with her multiplicity "pink eye" friend.
@BOBINDUN "Almost" meaning that, although she wasn't introduced to the universe yet, if she had been this would be the exact spot you'd see her
Curious if Firecracker was here before her first appearance

1:33 "Smoooooth"
2:10 Everything he says here 😂
2:53 "I told ya, biggest fan"
guess they were going for a totally different soldier boy image initially .
I don't think that it was their original intent. Butcher even says the report he has was fake. Butcher was trying to push his buttons, quite successfully, I might add.
Habitual Abuse could mean he was a punching bag, the Noir B plot even shows him getting stomped by SB in the training center.
Bingo. Gundpowdee denies Soldier Boy abused him sexually. But that’s not what the complaint was about. He beat up Gunpowder like constant hazing
I took it as all the paper said was "habitual abuse", and butcher just assumed it was sexual abuse. Or he didn't care what it was, since because the rumor existed, that's what the public would assume.
Yeah, Soldier Boy was actually a legit good guy and sort of got caught up thinking the glory days would be forever. I do know that the actor refused some things so it's possible there was going to be some stuff but they cut it out. Still, I think it works better this way and his character didn't give off the vibe that he was weird in that way at all. He just seemed super based and cool.
"Perfect Geometry"
I like how butcher shows him his gun and man's like "nice, Carry on"
why the metal detector if they allow guns in that event? lmao unless its to make sure you have a piece on you lmao
its a silly joke in the show but irl metal detectors and xray scanners are not just for guns.
Nah just to check what kind of firearm it is I guess. They want to make sure it’s nothing too dangerous I suppose
The joke here is that Sean Patrick flannery played a guy named powder in the 90s
Yeah this is basically powder with guns and without being able to control electricty. One of my favorite movie though.
They’re both creeps for peeing right next to each other. The same kind of people that park next to you in an empty lot

Gun powers powers is probably heighten awareness above average speed or better eyesight or something and he chooses guns as his ranged weapons because for obvious reasons
Its funny when he was in Payback he sounded more like 60's Robin but here he sounds like Ted Nugent XD He's catering to his audience for sure!

It took me a while to realize gunpowder is Sean Patrick Flanery.
Butcher's rather nice, just offering up his firearm like that. Gotta be one of the friendliest things he's ever done.
Gunpowder is a true marksman when shooting guns
For a quick second I thought he was at an airport and the security let him in 💀
Shaking it more than once is just playing with it. 😂
You got to twirl it around in a circle, let the centrifugal force do the rest.
Wasn’t this one of the few encounters Butcher had to actually retreat? Gunpowder was pretty sick in this clip, forgot how cool this scene was
Aparantly, they don't let you in without one.
Bro butcher killed young Indiana Jones 😭😭😭😭
I love the fact that gunpowder is just a man with a gun
This once again shows that even without the V, Butcher was capable enough to outplay a Supe even when he was injured
Outplay but he wouldn’t have lasted much longer if not for the distraction. Butcher maybe nice with the piece but he’s against a supe marksman essentially suicide in a ranged firefight
"Its like killing Emmanuel Lewis" 😂
Just noticed how at the start with the gun, Butcher does this confused shuffle with his face like, "What? Uh- alright then."
Mr. Powder 😂😂😂
That Karl Urban he is such a great actor. Always loved him in movies past, the accent he pulls off is superb.
Gunpowder is the REAL American superhero, not Homelander.
