- Meet musical duo, Larry & Joe! Larry Bellorín hails from Monagas, Venezuela, and is a legend of Llanera music. Joe Troop is from North Carolina and is a GRAMMY-nominated bluegrass and old-time musician. This dynamic duo is best described as charismatic, electrifying, innovative and versatile. They perform a fusion of Venezuelan and Appalachian folk music (Venezualachia: Nuevo South) on harp, banjo, cuatro, fiddle, guitar, maracas, and whatever else they decide to throw in the van. Their original songwriting gives voice to poignant social issues. Meet musical duo, Larry & Joe! Larry Bellorín hails from Monagas, Venezuela, and is a legend of Llanera music.
