Aki, if you slice a nice crunchy fresh brquette down the middle, slather with homemade mayonnaise, and stuff the banquette with the omelette ril and add the greens, you get the ultimate best omelette sandwich in the world. And bon appetit

Super recipe Akis my humble request please make more Greek recipes with eggs, fish, olives, beef, chicken and lamb. They are easy to cook and so are your recipes. I love your channel bro. I know I'm just a subscriber, but i love those meats. I made the Greek omelette it's fabulous and amazing. Super healthy and tasty. The tomato and olive flavor to the eggs is super tasty and healthy. 🤩 It's great food for bodybuilding.

akis you should have marinated salad or season with dressing
Omlette is quite wet. Olive oil through it, and drizzled on salad. Both spinach and arugula are fantastic alone without seasoning. In fact, arugula is a great replacement for pepper.

@@Αξιολογώνταςwell, I have all the ingredients in another country and cook this recipe for ages. Also better quality olive oil is a bonus. So? Still doesnt sound so "greek"
@@gwentheperfect Feta is greek by definition. Oregano and olives were both first widely cultivated on land that became greece.
