  • How can YOU keep motivated and keep pushing yourself?
    I give you a quick fire, five tips to keep going and give yourself a better chance at succeeding with your exercise regime.
    Its not rocket science, but hopefully even a small bit of advice from this video will help you. Exercise is great for overall health and wellbeing, including your mental state. Sometimes though, it can be hard to keep finding that motivation and want, to keep going and cracking out those sessions. You're not alone.

    Great video mate! Great tips. It does feel really good being fit and healthy and it is such a shame that most people are not and they are dying of a cold! I went high carb vegan after 20 years of alcohol addiction and my fitness went through the roof, mainly through cycling and a very small amount of running. I never get a cold, and minor injuries are gone within a few days, my mental health is the best it's ever been. I'm also caffeine free since 2012 and has stopped my anxiety and depression. I am definitely the best version of my self now. It does make me laugh when bikers turn up to race meets fat, smoking, drinking beer and eating a dead animal, they don't realise that their heroes are athletes, to race/ride a motorbike you have to be fit, most pro racers ride bicycles to keep fit, most street bikers hate cyclists! You've got to laugh. Still have the cb500? Cheers, JV.

      Thanks man. I sold the CB and the racing went with it a couple of years back. I’ve still got the R1 and as you say, you’ve got to stay fit to ride these things even remotely fast. Great to hear you’re doing better mentally nowadays. It’s amazing how much it truly helps.
