that ramen is my absolute favorite, we had a korean foreign exchange student when I was a kid and she introduced me to a bunch of korean food including chapagetti and I've loved it ever since
@@stephanieann6622 it's Chapagetti, an instant noodle version of Jjajangmyeon, a black soybean flavored dish. It a sweet oniony flavor combined with a flavor some people have described as "bitter" but I would describe as being more like a charred taste. If you've ever had barbecue sauce that's been a little burned on a grill or pan, it's kind of like that. It's not excessively salty and isn't spicy at all, and it's very filling.
for jjapaghetti bumbeok, ur actually supposed to keep the water! that’s why there’s a lot of soup powder for such a small portion and why there’s no pre-made holes to drain water. ofc this is up to personal preference, but i’ve found it tastes better this way
As someone from SoCal (and I live right next to the beach in a expensive area), THE PRICES OF EVERYTHING IN THIS VIDEO BLEW MY MIND 😭💜😫✋ LITERALLY I CANT EVEN BUY A DRINK AND A BAG OF CHIPS FOR LESS THAN $5 AT THE STORE NEXT TO MY HOUSE .😭😭😭 This is literally making me so freaking excited to spend the rest of my summer in Korea. 😫💜
Yup...aside from the toxins from the preservatives and chemical ingredients we can't even pronounce...a slow suicide in a way...if we can only see our internal organs after our lifetime consumption of junk food.. 😒

In Seoul, I didn't know where to pour the extra water when making "dry" noodles so I always carried it back to my hotel and now I'm like 🤯 OOooOooOoh 🤦
I wish we had stuff like this in America. We always get the blandest stuff compared to everywhere else. Can't wait to go to Japan though for the cirst time later this year.
It needs to be packaged. Ice is one of the top causes of food poisoning because ice machines can harbor so much bacteria and mold. I used to work work for a commercial insurance company and took food poisoning calls and the majority was from ice and milkshakes. The ice in the cup is in a sterile environment.
