the first house is 10 million won deposit, 650,000 won rent but even though they said the maintenance fee is around 200,000 won a month it goes up to 400,000 in summer and winter ㅠㅠ

What!! 400,000 maintenance is way too high, even with the AC on all day and night

Number 3 is gorgeous. How do you find apartment listings in South Korea?

It took me a minute to find a website with houses to rent in Korea. There are a couple of websites I used like Dabbang or Zigbang!

Hi Nica, it's my very first time visiting your channel. Thank you for this video, I loved the apartment tours. 🙂 Since you didn't take the first apartment, may I ask which neighbourhood that one was in? Imagine those views at night *sparkly*.

Hi Patricia thank you for stopping by my channel! I know that place was my first choice but it had many issues that strayed me away from signing the contract. The area is in Hwaseong, Gyeonggido

@@nicadavis Thank you for the reply. Sometimes we simply have to let reason and logic be the ultimate guide, even when something tugs at our heart. I'm glad you honoured that wisdom. I must take a look at the housing in that area, though. I'm distracted watching the short videos on your channel currently. *smile*

@@patriciaavery9001 I agree, ultimately we need to listen to our gut when it comes to finances and daily life comfort. Hope you enjoy the videos :)
