    Your H3 is a beast!! 💪🏼😎💪🏼💯 I hit 209,419 Miles on my H3 😬 I just can’t seem to let my H3 go and get myself into a new truck But I know someday in the future I will have to ☹️

      Thanks man I appreciate it! 209K is definitely a good amount of miles. Hopefully you can hold onto your H3 a while longer!

    I have that same radio unit screen in my H3. I believe if you get the correct harness you can control all those accessories via the radio unit

      I have the Kenwood DMX1037s. It doesn't have any controls for Aux switches. You can get this accessory called the idatalink maestro but it is not supported for the H3. It looks like it has an option for accessory control, but I couldn't find any details on it. I know with Alpine you can get a Headunit that allows you to use a seperate accessory called the KAC 001 that allows you have Aux switches.

      @@4lowmode yea I have that one too. I contacted Kenwood and they told me that while the meastro isn't supported for all the H3 vehicle gauges and controls it will still work for accessories. I literally bought it to do the exact same 4 camera thing. Never got around to it. I look forward to that video.

    Your H3 looks wicked ! Have you done the lower control arms on the vehicle yet ? I am trying to figure out the best way to press out the body mounted lower Control arm bushing . The ball joint press is too big to fit. Perhaps I am overthinking it . Never the less seeing your videos helps me to appreciate my vehicle even more .

    Do you have a video that explains how to hook up a switcher for light bars, 4" lights, added reverse lights (4"), etc. using relays? I can't swing the $550+ for the SPOD and need a less expensive option. Love your videos bro. Second to none.

      It is a little pricey, but if you need something cheaper look into Auxbeam Switch Panels on Amazon. They have stuff in the $150-$250. Only bad things about those is the amperage is not the same on all circuits. With the SPOD, every circuit is 30 amps. On some of the Auxbeam switches, only 2 of them can handle 30 amps and the other ones have less amperage. Somewhere between 5-20 amps.

    awesome...who makes that bumper bull bar? lift kit?

    • @4lowmode
      @4lowmode  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      That bumper is from Road Armor. They are huge aftermarket steel bumper manufacturer. They did make this bumper specifically for the H3, but it looks as if they no longer offer it on their website. I am sure if you were to call them they would still have the design laying around and could make you one though. Back in the day it costed $2350 but that was in the 2010s and since then the price of steel has gone up. So I could imagine price could be somewhere in the $3000 to $4000 range. These bumpers are very rare to see on H3s. I think I have only seen this bumper on like 3 or 4 other H3s. Back when Road Armor developed this bumper for the H3, they showcased it on the Hummer forums and everyone immediately complained it was too expensive, so for that reason not that many people bought them. Road Armor's main customer demographic is owners of brand new pickup trucks and jeeps. You see these bumpers on a lot of $100K+ show trucks and high dollar offroad builds. There is just not a lot of H3s out there in general and far less who are willing to spend that kind of money on a bumper since the most H3s have a market value of somewhere around $7K to $25K depending on condition and spec, so not a lot of H3 owners bought them. That being said, it is an awesome bumper and probably the most well built and good looking aftermarket bumpers out there. The lift kit I have is the 4" Rancho lift kit. Unfortunately it was discontinued in 2016 and finding a brand new lift kit is near impossible. The only realistic way to get one is to buy an H3 that already has the lift kit installed.

    Nice Hummer and excellent video I will do the same for my 2009 Alpha but I feel our Hummer’s ‘South African’ made is having a notch where you cut for fitting the switches

    • @4lowmode
      @4lowmode  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes you have a coin tray right? I actually did too. So on the early model H3s, they did not come with a coin tray but later models did. I have both a 2006 H3 and 2008 H3 Alpha and I swapped the center console pieces. It was much easier to cut the non-coin tray shifter piece.

      @@mohammedalmubarak1070 Oh yeah for sure. I am aware that some H3s sold in the foreign market having different standard equipment. There is not a whole lot I can do about that though because I don't have access to an H3 like that to work out differences between the US and Euro spec H3s.

One more thing to mention there is one size tire for all trims 265/75/16.

      That's a good idea. I have thought about doing it before. The only reason why I haven't done something like that yet is I have bought so many parts for my H3 that I yet to install and I want to make videos on them. Also I have some wheeling trips coming up and I have to prioritize things that need to get done before that.

    • @4lowmode
      @4lowmode  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      From what I have seen, I don't think are any auxiliary switch systems that have 4 or 5 switches because people buying these are looking to run a lot of accessories. Typically they are 6, 8, or 12. That being said, you could just install 4 flush mount switches with 4 relays, but more technical wiring is require.
