@ 3:52 you said the machine has a 7 point feed. According to the janome website, under key features it claims it has a 5 piece feed dog. Their site is not always right but can you verify- 7 or 5? Also- does the head swing open on this one do you have to do some disassembling to open it up? Thanks.
Hello! Thanks for this video, very informative. Do you know if this machine can handle vinyl or other marine grade fabric? I don’t do this often but I want to repair my boat canvas enclosure and boat cushions. I mostly use my sewing machine for home goods (chair cushion clothes) and want a wide range machine. Seems like a waste to get an industrial machine for a one time project.
