I was there in ‘69 and that obscene corrupt war stays with me through the yrs. I wrote my memoirs primarily for my grandson, family
and close friends to better understand what happened to me over there. My son paid me the highest compliment he could…he had it published illustrated with my photos.
I wanted to draw all of your attention to the fine acting of Dwight Schultz in the role of Howling Mad Murdoch off the A Team. His sensitive, often harrowing portrayal of the plight of those suffering from mental health issues has often brought me to tears. I mean, look at me, am absolutely davastated so I am. 😣

Have been punched and kicked many times in the head and I was alright.
But on March 15th Sunday just about the start of the lock down these two Chicago Women, one of them got her wallet stolen when I sent them up to buy their own beer. Now, I was not happy, because they had to fly back to the States in a few days.
Then Monday 16th I met this real nice London couple.
We talked, played guitar, I gave him my cans of beer, bummed tobacco off the Man.
Then at the end he took me down to store to buy me cans of Guinness.
Then at counter.
He realised that someone had stolen his wallet. Then when he checked his card on his phone, well, whatever snake did that had already bleeped money out of his account.
Fuck me.

Fuck me, that it like a really good punch in the head.

@@timsmith9169 Went out playing guitar in town on Monday and Thursday. Would have cracked up otherwise. Didn't attempt to make money, just bummed smokes and met some interesting characters. When I ran out of beer on Thursday evening I played four or five songs for some Irish men and they gave me six euro so I was set up.

2:53 speaking from experience, those milspec machetes are terrible. In a Medieval melee, maybe not too bad. Stiff blade, capable of parrying, no hand protection tho. For brush you want a long, thin, wide blade. The US military machete is too thick, too heavy, too short, plus the handle is big/poorly shaped. It would be better for chopping down trees and splitting wood, maybe
Good introduction text, proper historians. The speaking by the narrator was a good clip choice to; from the period and poignant. Good use of footage, tho at times it was tough to hear the song and the people at once. Nice to see some new footage
