- Action News has obtained surveillance video showing a driver crashing into a South Jersey pizza shop earlier this month.
It happened back on May 3 at Flying Crust Pizza in Pennsauken, New Jersey.
The video shows the driver, 34-year-old Kimberly Killion, smash through the storefront and mow down the counter where two employees had been working the registers.

It one thing to be drunk of course you sure not be drinking and driving but jail time a DUI on file and suspension but in her case she wasn’t drunk as she didn’t get a DUI or even her license suspended. She did get 4 years of probation and $150 in fines. What scary is why was she asleep in the first place while driving? They sure have suspended her license and make her seek medical attention and get clearance before reinstating her license to make sure she ok to drive. If she wasn’t on drugs or drunk then something not right?

That part don’t get. Suspended of driving privileges would have been justified. She clearly was asleep as she was leaning over and woke up as she crashed. She sure have been required medical clearance after suspension to make sure she ok to drive? I don’t get the 4 years of probation and $150 in fines, the punishment doesn’t even fit the crime and still allows her to drive putting others at risk.
It would have been way more suitable to suspend her license and require her to get medical attention and clearance as she was asleep or black out? Thankfully she didn’t seriously injured, or killed anyone, but not suspending her license you risk it happening again and next time people might be as lucky, especially if she has a issue falling asleep, or blacking out behind the wheel, she sure not be driving until someone has her checked out.
No jail time and no financial liability . $150 fine .9 days of community service. 4 years probation. No one was injured in the crash. She's still allowed to drive , license in tact...She is still a teacher of middle school. Her dad is the mayor of Pennsauken New Jersey..
Look like the guy sitting on the side was injured as he was clearly limping and not using that leg but hopping on the good leg, If true thankfully no one was seriously hurt. They sure have at least suspended her license as she looked like she fell asleep as she was leaning down towards the middle and slowly came back out like she woke up as she crashed.
I get accidents happen, but she did almost kill someone and could have been a few if that pizza place was busy. If she has an issue where she sleep, or blackout constantly then she sure not be behind the wheel and seek medical attention, or get rest and not risk driving period. Now the financial responsibility her insurance likely had to pay a pretty penny. Now her losing her teaching job, I won’t go that far as she didn’t intentionally cause the accident, or anyone got seriously injured, but definitely suspension of license for a few months to a year and medical clearance would have been justified.

She seems like she was asleep as her head was down towards the middle and seem like she was waking up as she was crashing. She probably didn’t fully realize what just happened as she still wasn’t fully awake.
What gets me is why her license wasn’t suspended? I get accidents happen but she could have literally killed somebody if that pizza place was busy. If she falling asleep behind the wheel there clearly a problem and she sure have to seek medical clearance before getting license reinstated.
