30 mins. in microwave at what power percentage ? Won’t it make your microwave hot by doing it for that long ? Enjoying your video’s ! Just got my T pressure cooker today. Anxious to use it ! 😊

Glad you enjoy the videos. Thank you! I always cook on full power. It seems to be fine in my microwave. Some microwaves may have an issue, but I have never heard of anyone saying anything about it. Just keep an eye on yours and judge. I'm sure you will love the Pressure Cooker!

Hi Patty, I live in Denver and tried this recipe and cooked for an extra 25 minutes and the meat (2.5lbs) was still not fall apart and a little dried on edges. Do you know if I needed to cook for longer? I know the altitude can affect the pressure cookers but I was afraid of overcooking and drying out. Thanks for your video.

Hi Brenda, I'm not sure on the higher altitudes. I can look into that and reply back here to you. Just make sure there is plenty of liquid around your meat. Then it shouldn't dry out. And try adding a little apple cider vinegar to your recipe before cooking. Try about a teaspoon full and see if that helps.
