    I believe the middle of the bench press bar you could twist it off.

    The bar basically is to be used with different rubber bands.

    Hello. I love the review. One question though. I know the whole thing put together is 200 lbs with all 6 bands. My question is. What are the resistance pounds with four bands and with two bands?

      Each band will give you around 30lbs or so of resistance separately.

      @@daproblimhavenone7749 so worked my chest and triceps, can definitely feel the burn on my chest. At first I gota admit ur worried thinking it's going to snap off n whack u in the face but I keep pushing n can feel it. It's my first proper week of using it and I'm happy with how I feel from it. Ramadhan is soon so I froze my gym membership and will use this at home.
