I just fixed a Briggs and Stratton P3000 Generator for my parents yesterday, it was having fuel delivery issues. I was very surprised to discover how unnecessarily complicated the fuel routing was for such a small generator. I found this video afterwards unfortunately. Great video, sir!
Changed the fuel pump on my P2200 Inverter Generator with following the video. The inverter turn on and works properly the problem was a leak of fuel from the pump when turn off. Excellent instructions and tutorial.
Do you have a video of how you set up the generator to run off a boat tank. I have the exact same generator and it works great, just to small of a gas tank. Great Videos!!
Thank you. I don’t have a video of it but I just bought the outboard motor end of the gas line connector and Teed it into the line coming from the tank of the generator. You have to also tee in a shutoff on the portion of the fuel line after the generator tank and before the boat tank tee so the pump doesn’t suck from the greater tank when you want it sucking from the boat tank. The boat tank fitting has a check valve built in so it won’t pull from there when you disconnect the boat tank.

Please tell me, what is the resource of this engine, they write everywhere that there is no cast-iron sleeve in the cylinder?
That engine is very similar to the Honda eu2200
Thanks

@@rudijones Thanks for the info. Just one other question. Are all the section of the gas line 3/8 or what size did you use. Again thanks for the help.
I can’t remember what size they are and the thing is at my cottage now. I’d guess 1/4” or 3/16” ID
