I can hear the motor roaring and working fine, just the amount of air coming is very underwelming. Its coming into summer her in Australia and need to fix this.

i have a slightly different problem...mine will say its on a station..but all i get is static..then every so often the radio will come in and play fine..only to go back to static...doesn't seem any rhyme or reason to it.

Water pump is changed thanks for the help my man! Had quite the trouble scrapping and sanding and using goo gone to get the old gasket off, also had quite the trouble getting the new waterpump on without smearing the gasket and gasketmaker out of line. The biggest issue with that is that terribly stupid little hose under the AC compressor so hard to fit into that and not mess the gasket out of place. It's done and my truck isn't leaking coolant or overheating anymore. Saved lots of money but boy I almost gave up quite a few times. It's definitely an easy job but melted gunk and hoses will make it quite the challenge indeed, and getting the fan off required an air hammer from a friend.

You do not ever open up a sealed bearing and install it like that. You are making them more likely to get contamination in them. Even though they are "sealed" bearings, grease will seep into the bearings when pushed in through the zerk fittings as they are not truly 100% sealed.

the aftermarket stuff is probably better than the polaris brand. owners think it’s the best product when in reality it’s no different and no better than the lowest cost lubes you can get anywhere else at half the price.

Steering column cover is called a "knee bolster"

These are sealed bearings. A grease fitting will NOT grease the bearing. You have to pop the cover off the bearing and re-pack them.

I’m about to try this myself as on our last road trip the fan died (full blast does nothing on any setting). Hope this is what it is. Even if not it was only $25 for a new motor and my time. Any how long this will take a novice? I’m guessing about 2 hours or more. Thanks for the video!

To make the job a little easier do not remove the bracket attached to the starter.Simply push down on the shifter cable in order to remove it from the bracket and pry up onthe clip holding the wire harness to the bracket.Once the starter is out remove the 2 bolts holding the bracket in place and install it on the new starter.

I just crawled under my 2016 ram 1500 4x4. Both front and rear diffs are 3.21 gear ratio. I looked up online that they both take 75w90.

Of course none of this worked for me. After spending 45 frustrating minutes checking the little fuses, then going through each bulb the strand (twice!), I ended up throwing out the string and purchasing new lights.

Dude, you didn’t have to take the lid off, you can mix the paint with a mixer that attaches to a drill and will fit in the lid hole. Once you done mixing just put the suction hose into the hole this way, everything stays nice and clean where you don’t have so much cleanup to do, which is the majority of time on a painting project because the spray paint goes fast the cleanup takes time along with masking.

If you look up specs for differential fluids for Ram trucks, the only one that is OEM 75-140 weight is 3.92 limited slip. You can put in the 140 in any differential but not needed.

Maybe different installation process for your truck but every timbren I have ever installed requires bolting to the mounting bracket/area. If you leave them the way you had they are subjected to just falling out. Does your truck not have the hole to mount? I saw the bolt on the timbren.

I finally got the bottom out after taking half the center console apart. I took everything apart exactly as described and heated it twice just as shown. It still won't work and now the cd player won't work either. I give up.
