Hi Graham, thank you for your VERY KIND words about John David Mann's and my book! Deeply honored to know that you enjoyed it and found it had sufficient value to share with your viewers. Again, many, many thanks!! And looks like you're doing some terrific work!!
Hi Bob! Honored to have you watch my video and leave a comment. You and John David are a inspiration and a force for good in the world of sales and business. If I can help in anyway, don't hesitate to reach out!
Bob Burg wow this is amazing to see! I am half way through the book and meeting with a group of mentors this week who recommended it. The influence of go giver is strong! Thank you Graham, Bob, and John!
Bob - just finished the book on Audible. I actually just bought another copy for one of my colleague earlier today. Pindar's secrets resonate so deeply with my world view. Thanks for putting together this awesome framework that will serve as a huge force for good as Graham put it. Take care! Collin
Thank you Mr Burg! I got to read this book once amd it pulled me. The concept was soooo powerful. I found myself and still at times struggling to be a giver and revert back to being a taker. I gotta read it again! Thank you again for this awesome book!
I am a Realtor in the Boston area. The Go Giver is a book I give to other agents and business people I am in contact with. Giving more value than you expect to receive in payment is the number one method in my sales business. Thanks for your summary of this great book.
BTW - I'm not Christian, not religious and looooooooove how you weave in your faith to what you're talking about. I get that it might put off some possible clients for you but it shows how authentic you are and how your pursuits harmonize. Just picture someone else in your corner cheering you on to be the best Graham Cochrane you can be! Thanks for all of the great info.
“There is the one who [generously] scatters [abroad], and yet increases all the more; And there is the one who withholds what is justly due, but it results only in want and poverty.” Proverbs 11:24 AMP Reminded me of this. Pure wisdom. Thanks Graham. I’d been chewing on your content the past month and it’s been so helpful for me. I’m a Christian indie artist and at first it was just a hobby but ever since I felt led to pursue it for real, I needed to learn how to practically market myself as a “brand”. It’s a daunting task especially as a Christian. Quite conveniently I actually learned to produce my own music from your stuff at Recording Revolution and bought The EP Blueprint over a year ago. Now that my music is growing and I’m deciding to pursue it, your content in this business coaching channel has been helping me a TON especially in terms of having the proper mindset in all of this. I can’t express how appreciative I am Graham. Please continue serving in the unique way that you do. It really empowers people to do what they were designed to do. God bless you!
I've been busy hustling on my business so I didn't have as much time to watch your videos, this is my first one in a couple months. I missed your perspective in my life!!!
Just from watching you and the way you handle your channels, I've learned that I need to give a lot more before I can even consider getting something. I've made quite a few videos that people have told me were helpful to them, and so I want to try and expound on that. Thanks for another great video!
After operating with the FUNDAMENTAL belief that I had to look out for my own business first and foremost, this book came along and completely shifted everything I had been programmed to believe on its head. It’s only been a couple days since finishing The Go-Giver, but since then I’ve spent many pages and hours in reflection, unlocking possibilities in my mind that I never even saw possible. It feels amazing, seeing through the lens of The Go-Giver.
Graham. This is a perfect intro to why value pricing makes sense in 2021. Your second 50/50 point is spot on. Give 100%. Then the question becomes, what is fair for me to capture from this value I create? I will make the value pricing connection more clearly in an upcoming video. Thanks for the inspiration. Tim
Thank you for being a Go-Giver, Graham. I actually ended up buying a bundle deal last year around June. Ironically, I've been consuming your free stuff more than the paid courses. Again, thanks for all the value you give.
love this Graham! I interviewed Bob for my podcast this week, and he's such an amazing person, so humble. You captured the essence of the book so beautifully!
Hi Graham. What struck me about your video is honesty in the way you reviewed the book. About how you have lived the principles of the book and become successful using these principles. Haven't read the book yet but looking forward to read it. Just wanted to tell you that throughout the video, I couldn't help but focus on your eyes. The ring of light from your light source kept drawing my attention time and again. Hope the light source is not a bother to while recording videos. Probably you may want to difuse it a bit (just a suggestion).
Brilliant, honest stuff, Graham. Super encouraging that we just need to be ourselves. I read the book and I totally agree with your take on these ideas. Cheers!
Thank you for sharing your video with us. So much value in this. I'm going to get & read this book as soon as possible. And only because it revolves around having the mind of a servant. For God so loved the world that He GAVE His only begotten Son (Himself) to save the world from their sins. This is great!
Al Capone said this: "Give people what people want", that's why he turn himself as the owner of Chicago in the prohibition era on the 20's and 30's, the people wants to eat, well, here I get you the food, they want sex, well I get you the bitches, you want alcohol, I get you the Booze, you want drugs, I get you the stuff, I agree with the mind of Capone, give the people what they want, I dont judge Al Capone at all, he was only one ENTREPRENEUR pleasing people, he gave what the people wants, brothels, drugs, alcohol, plain and simple...
I would like to say thanks for your offered advice through your various free video , i respect u as a person living literally what he preaches I have a Q & may be it would be nice if u can make an episode or video about the topic : I have a digital service business idea, and i think about implementing full 1st month revenue as Donation to a charity related to my niche, The. Scale and make the service monthly + adding percentage for same cause donation I would like to know your reflection about the idea ? & how to apply or contact the people with that idea the right way , with good intention the right way and how to avoid false scam assumption of them regarding that business model
That's completely up to you. Like Toms Shoes, the giving to charity is baked in to their brand so their customers feel like they are participating in the giving which is cool. I on the other hand don't do that. I sell, and then give profit out of the business.
Hi Graham 👋I'd love to hear your thoughts on how to grow an audience. I put together this Audio Tutor channel back in January. The videos are good (I hope) and I have a call to action all set up but I'm still looking at 20-50 views per video. Of course I'm not that fussed about view count but I just feel like nobody's watching. How do I get the word out? I was worried that I've chosen an oversaturated market but I think I'm in a bit of a niche as I teach in Logic X over Pro Tools. My gut tells me it just needs time... Thanks for all the guidance man
Three things: 1. Make sure you are creating content that people are actually searching for (hint: use real search terms for your titles) 2. Try and guest post or collab with channels that are bigger than you 3. Be patient - it really does take time (not a popular answer I know)
Beside the talk, what did you learn? Get to the point. And Sale 10years in 1 (( ))day/year/or Month. I Like The Go Giver, but till Now, I need ((The Map)). Where are we going 😅.🙏🏽👍🏽..I’m gonna Read Some More and See…Peace
let's not pimp millennials until they understand a true work ethic. Cant tell you how unimpressed the previous generations are with their loyalty and willingness to sweat.
This is a biblical principle. But just know if you do not make it to become a good christian, in the end no matter what you have achieved, you are a loser. Mark 8:36 For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?

Great book! I was introduced to this book last week. I've listened to it via Audible 4 times thus far. THANK YOU!

Bingo!
Just read this book. It’s so hard to unwind all of the BS we’ve been taught about the “dog eat dog” world we supposedly live in.
Notification squad! 🙌🏼
Thanks

I have a non related question. Why did you start another youtube channel?
I felt called to help people with their businesses. Plus I have the time and I enjoy it :-)
Ms overcomer
Same experience - what was the business? Thanks.

How can I find people that are looking for help?

Did some MLM scammer told you to read this book?
Nope. Found it by accident on Amazon years go looking for a different book with a similar title.
