I own a 2008 Skagen Denmark 596XLTXD Titanium Multifunction day/date/month with a brown copper face, titanium bezel and band. The instruction manual says Skagen Designs A/S is located in Albertslund Denmark and Skagen Designs Limited is located in Kowloon, Hong Kong. My case back is etched Skagen Designs LTD, so it’s most likely made in China. But that doesn’t matter, it’s one of my favorite and most comfortable watches. Good material, looks, function and value.
The Skagen Grenen was my first watch ever. I got from an oficial retailer in Honduras back in 2011 at a really good price. I used it a lot and it still works perfectly fine, it still looks like new. I think the pre-fossil era Skagen watches were actually pretty good.
I happen to have a Skagen 233XLSS… I like it because it’s very different from any of the other watches I own. It’s a 7.2mm thick, 36mm diameter case. It has that fancy stainless mesh band which fits seamlessly to the case. A really interesting, thin little watch. I think it might be a ladies watch, but who knows… I like it just the same.
I have a Skagen Holst Hybrid in the same color scheme - lovely design, but aweful technology. The battery lasts only a couple of weeks, so I don't use it. I'd wish they did an automatic version. Actually, they do, it's even a Holst, but it's a cheesy skeleton design, and too large at 42mm. If they did one at max. 40mm with a plain dial, I'd probably get one. This one, and the plain Holst, are amongst the nicest watch designs for my taste, only topped by the much more expensive but awesome Junghans Max Bill.
It was my first watch. Very nice design. Minimalistic and elegant for the price absolutely worth it
I have 5 Skagens.
So comfortable. Can't beat the quality and the price.

If it doesn't look girly wear it and enjoy it.
Never tried a Skagen before, seen loads on Amazon but never tried one, looks decent, quite minimal and bauhaus looking.
Give one a try!
Nice and clean design. Cool review.
Thanks for watching!
These watches come with a removable plastic film over the crystal and the back of the case to prevent scratching
Ive got 4. I collect watches. These are CHEAP, accurate, reliable, minimalist stylish (get the titanium versions.....gorgeous)
Fossil bought it afterwards.
It was an independent brand.
I am curious if the quality fell off the cliff after Fossil bought it
@iam.damian I believe it was purchased prior to when in bought this
Very underrated brand in my opinion.
It's hard to call a Skagen watch a Fossil watch because Fossil owns Skagen. They aren't that integrated in design or production.
Skagen, amazing quality, value for money 💰

I had one... after about a year the second hand fell off :)
Haha I’m not expecting much more
They’re overpriced just like every fashion watch, you can get a sekonda with better specs for a quarter of the price and I own a few skagens
