Could you make the 5th diagnosis without the history of trauma? What would be your differential?
Good question...a post-infectious pneumatocele or a cavitating lung mass could have a similar appearance. But with a history of trauma, pulmonary contusion and pneumatocele would be most likely.

Good eye! Yes, aspergillomas have soft tissue density but can sometimes contain calcification.
