Awesome Christian, I really liked this collab video, Summer Raynes talked about good plant books to get and Darryl's book was one of them, just makes me want to get his book even more than I already wanted to. I love that we are all learning how to care for our plants and that sometimes bugs are a part of the process, and it does happen to all of us. I love my plants they just make me so happy and caring for them is such a joy. Thanks to you and Darryl for a great video, I truly enjoyed it all.

For me, the most helpful bit was being able to see the difference between the lemon lime and neon philodendron. I have both - bought them and neither was marked with what variety it was. So I knew I had one of each, but till now didn't know for sure which was which. Thank you! :)

Great video! LOVED the rabbits foot fern...I'm on my 3rd variety of fern...still trying to figure out the right environment and water requirements...with some failures along the way. Trying not to sweat those ones and learn from my mistakes.
I would love to hear more about care tips for a crocodyle fern, mine is not looking happy and I can't tell if it needs more light or less or more moisture.
are all those plants tropical and can they withstand the tropical heat?...I live in the philippines would looove to grow those babies in a tropical setting
Check the plant hardiness zones on these compared to where you live in the Philippines. Your plant hardiness zones are 8-13 a lot of these would probably work if they have some shade

Its not crazy, my plants only started living when I started treating them as family.. you know something you really care about and are checking up on all the time just to get a feel for how they are doing.
I agree, if I know I am going to be away, I take the much needed time to put familiar plants together and U get someone to take care of them. I would do the same for my four legged friends! My plants are my family. And I am super excited when I see new growth. I run to get my camera😮. I speak to them every morning and have given all of my babies names. Each plant has a personality. It’s funny. I named my newest addition Peyton, after my niece! It seems to like that name. It’s in the plant differenbachia!
Soak your tillandsias over-night, they absorb more moisture in non-sunlight than during the daytime. They can be fertilized in longer light months in the growing season with a non-urea based fertilizer. I use Miracle Grow Orchid fertilizer in the pre mixed mister.
They don't really like to get watered much mine I tend to forget to water it and it does just fine but you are supposed to water it once a week from what it said in the tag (I have a small one though) it does not like to sit in water at all so make sure to remove the excess water when watering it likes well drained soil. It likes bright indirect light it likes humidity and for the winter times keep it away from drafts that's all I know I've been having mine since December or January and it looks beautiful my bf hates all my plants but he definitely loves my money tree and I gotta say I love it too can't wait to one day get a big one. I haven't gotten one since I live in an apartment and my windows are already full with plants.
@@abrios-mb7ej no problem I wish I could be more helpful but that's all I know I don't have a humidifier so I like to put a tray of rocks under the pot with water so it can have somewhat humidity. I'm definitely going to invest in one before winter time.

Sooo thrips sound just as terrifying as they sound... if you don't think I would use a pesticide that I would use to border my house you're wrong none of my plants will be affected by any type of monsters like that without me using like straight up Roach Killer
