    Bridging as reps or like plank in duration ?

  • @nusratjaveid
    @nusratjaveid 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    What shoulld be duration of evey exercise how many times in a day and single session.

    • @shenellamarks8497
      @shenellamarks8497 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You start at 10 reps per session. It all depends on what your body can handle. After two weeks of consistently doing 10, you can increase to 12 and so on.
      You can do this twice a day (morning and afternoon)

      My back feels stiff and very painful. I had been searching for several remedies and also tried them all but did not find any great results. On the other hand, this back problems guide called BackPainRelief9.blogspot.com have been the best. It`s very comfortable. You should try this particular guide book too! .

    Thanks for your awsome video. Isometric is definitely an entry point for the treatment, though a study showed the result from Rio et al 2015 could not be reproduced, probably silbernagel et al 2019. But like you said if it doesn't wordk right away moving on

    Is a “mechanism of injury” the same as saying the causes of the injury?

    • @M0NsTeRmUk
      @M0NsTeRmUk 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Mechanism means the way it is happening not the cause of it

    is this ment for low back pain with or without radiating pain into the leg(s) ? I would not recommend bridging within a posterior lumbar derangement while having pain in the buttocks because it will get even more sensitive.

    I would specify disc related pain precautions versus muscular. The superman exercises increase disc pressure dramatically as per McGill et al.

    • @Physiotutors
      @Physiotutors  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Disks are designed to take load. At some point you'd want to reintroduce this in your rehab

    • @metalpractor5150
      @metalpractor5150 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Then agreed there should be specifications about types of pain and when to add certain exercises.

    • @Physiotutors
      @Physiotutors  4 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      Impossible to say if pain is coming from the disc or other structures
