My natural tendencies already have sought out some of these exercises. This is confirmative to the diagnosis. It caused uneven hips and shoulder dislocation. It took us years to realise the cause. I assume it will take a few more months to half a year to acclaim full function. Given the fact that I have never achieved such thing ever.

5 years ago me and my friends were chillin and just for fun he carried me from the ground up and told me to do the same. The moment I picked him up my lower back made a cracking sound and from that day till now I'm in pain. I don't think it's ever gonna go.

Don't know if ur in pain still but use ice/heat stretch at least twice a day and only do ones that do not cause pain. Don't sit down the whole day, and if you have resistance bands use em. Go high volume on em because they will help strengthen tendons/ligaments, and train your core. Strong core = safe spine

Ur welcome. This movement is a slider exercise for the dura and sciatic nerve. The slump position exerts maximum stress on both and is sometimes not tolerated
No need to make it too complicated. Exercise in the direction that the patient feels pain relief/centralization. Commonly flexion exercises are preferred in patients with lumbar spinal stenosis, while extension exercises are preferred in patients with lumbosacral radicular syndrome
was in pain from the previous night and i was skeptical at first before trying it.. nothing to lose so gave it a go, actually worked, it not only subsided but could get a good night's sleep because of it. i had pain that began in the lower spine and went to the heels.. the heel pain was still mildly present but tolerable.. thankyou, planning to binge watch everything today!

So did I. 2 lumber disc bulges, could hardly stand, bend or walk. Terrible electric shock nerve pain & numbness. Told never run again etc. Now after 4 years, I can run flat out, bend fine & even do sit ups. I still have issues, but can live it it. Hang in there, do the exercises your physio etc gives you, in time you can make improvements. Never give up.

Most of the exercises are already covered in suryanamskara.. I had pain in almost every body part. I started doing suryanamskara.. on 1st day I had difficulty in 1 set only now I can do 10 sets continuously after doing it for 2 weeks.

@@shubhamphadtare9019 yes Surya namaskar really work. You only need to do it continuously even after pain is gone. Back pain is such thing which needs continuous efforts. If you do it for one month n feel better n leave exercise it will come back. So continue for few more months even after you have no pain

I started having accute lower back pain once or twice every year basically when i bend to pick up something or want to carry heavy stuff...one time i had to go to the ER and take insane amount of steroids to be able to just walk again...i had it this time again and i was reluctant about taking steroids again...so i tried your exercises and im surprised of how i had instant relieved ..its even faster than meds hahaha! was in pain from the previous night and i was skeptical at first before trying it.. nothing to lose so gave it a go, actually worked, it not only subsided but could get a good night's sleep because of it. i had pain that began in the lower spine and went to the heels.. the heel pain was still mildly present but tolerable.. thankyou, planning to binge watch everything today!
Did you do all the movements on the video or just choose some specific ones?
@@medina9505 u can try 4-5 from this and do regular Surya namaskar yoga. It helps.
I also have lower back pain early morning. But coz of the above exercise it subdued a lot

I want to cry doing these simple exercise... It hurts
So did I. 2 lumber disc bulges, could hardly stand, bend or walk. Terrible electric shock nerve pain & numbness. Told never run again etc. Now after 4 years, I can run flat out, bend fine & even do sit ups. I still have issues, but can live it it. Hang in there, do the exercises your physio etc gives you, in time you can make improvements. Never give up.

Most of the exercises are already covered in suryanamskara.. I had pain in almost every body part. I started doing suryanamskara.. on 1st day I had difficulty in 1 set only now I can do 10 sets continuously after doing it for 2 weeks.

@@shubhamphadtare9019 yes Surya namaskar really work. You only need to do it continuously even after pain is gone. Back pain is such thing which needs continuous efforts. If you do it for one month n feel better n leave exercise it will come back. So continue for few more months even after you have no pain

I have lower back pain and whenever I stand or walk the numbness go through all the way down to my feet and it hurts too, it is just like how the picture shows you've shown. Hope this will help me🥺

@@fallenhw it all started 3 years ago and back then I consulted with the doctor, had medicine and therapy too, and it got better, I was normal. but all of a sudden these days I'm having it back. And it is worst. I don't know how to cure it.

I started having accute lower back pain once or twice every year basically when i bend to pick up something or want to carry heavy stuff...one time i had to go to the ER and take insane amount of steroids to be able to just walk again...i had it this time again and i was reluctant about taking steroids again...so i tried your exercises and im surprised of how i had instant relieved ..its even faster than meds hahaha! I ll see how long will it last and try them again..thanks a million this video is a lifesaver
