Bruh Kofi I guess you bought your house !
From profiling , to digging of foundation and laying blocks till filling ( the cost involved in this alone surpasses 15k cedis ) because you will need Pull Scrapers to fill in sand into the foundation and manual labor to spread the sand appropriately into the foundation.
Next step : you have to cast the foundation with concrete before the actual building ( this step alone is above 5k cedis.

Electricity and Cables
Tiler
Bruhs the design for your house itself is at a cost , enda fom .. if you buy all the bruh Kofi is saying you will have to spend more than 45-60k more

Raising a building to lentil is not that difficult oooh. What is difficult is the foundation, roofing n finishing. If you dont have heart you will think it never possible.
Gradually building a house a phase at a time will save you a lot of stress if you don't have bulk money to build at once.
Now cost of labour is high too. Dobt forget
