I love my Carli kit by far the best ride in a truck. I have same tires same truck but in 37’s but now I think I want 40’s. Time to tell the wife my truck is broken again lol.
Yes moving the front axle forward lol I spent over 3grand o. Front end parts with y'all and dropped my front axle and redone everything just about and the whole time putting it back together was wishing I could move it forward more to clear my 37s from rubbing at the back when I turn on offloading. Needless to say I'm jealous cause my beast is not comfortable steering or driving on long trips especially hauling something lol. I would love to have better steering and better ride quality in the rear springs. And would love to keep my 37s trim the fenders and drop it down a little. Right now I believe it's on a 4.5 in lift.

I got a duelly in one of these. I wish that AEV had something for them in their lift kit so I could put those big ol 40's on mine without lifting up the truck so high.
This is a kit basically to cut the fenders and put fender flares over to make it look good. Then you put a leveling kit from whatever company you like. It provides enough room to clear 40’s according to their website.
I don't think you can paint those aev fender flares can you. I think I saw somewhere paint don't stick to them or something. I have the carli kit as well with air assist. Wonder if you can run 40s with just fender flares or if u need to relocate the axle?
No, but you certainly can go to your local Line-X shop and they'll color match to any color you desire...And, obviously much better than any paint job.

But yet he has so solution on the trans and he didn't change the grille to accommodate the air flow channel restriction to the air intake. And he doesn't have a custom tune but an off the shelf Edge Programmer?
And are those true 40" or 39" like most tires round up for Sale? How about the air pressure Max for the tires when riding on the rear? Are they 80psi allowed?

bummer dynomite closed the nice big shop in Monroe so quick after putting that building in, hopefully they didn't loose their asses on it, now it's home to a gymnastics outfit. hopefully the tiny little place they are in around the corner works out better for them. it's not easy running a big shop if you don't have the right people in place.

I have a 2019 mega cab 3500, and need to make mine look like this. Can I bring my truck to you to mod the front spring perches? I’ll get the Carli suspension, and all the other goodies to go with it. I just need the front spring perches moved. I have a welder and could do it myself but I don’t have a place to do it. (Truck won’t fit in the garage and the driveway isn’t flat)

I've got the Katla wheels and 40in Toyo's sitting in the garage waiting for the 3" Dual sport suspension to come out in April (hopefully) for my 19 Ram 3500 crew cab short bed. Wanting to do a prospector type build with the AEV highmarks, Dual sport suspension, AEV front bumper and winch. Also want to regear front and back as well as potentially put lockers. Need to keep tow/haul near factory for my 12.5k fifth wheel. Any thoughts on the Carli back country with the 40in Toyo's?
@@DieselPowerProducts I don't know what all they can do, but there is a guy in TX running 1200 hp through an Aisin on his daily driven Ram. His motor is Industrial Injections top of the line.
J&F Histand You have to remember, daily driver could mean different things to different people. He may work from home and not drive it much or when he does drive it, not drive it hard and even use the 1200hp, which should be roughly 1700-2000 tq. Could be more of a show truck.
With an AEV Dual Sport, you lose NO payload or towing capacity with 40" tires--VERIFIED! And, with the Carli, if you add the Air Ride rear air bags, you gain back ALL your original specs.

You make this truck look normal sized. Mines got a 2inch lift on 37s and I can’t hardly see the top of the hood and I’m not that short

monocogenit1 it wiggles more because of the sidewall deflection with 40’s on 17’s. Still tows fine, this feels more stable.
Now if only I had an extra 20g laying around.

They can make the hard parts for it but no one can tune it. It’s better than stock but still no where near what you can do to a 68rfe
