The Teddy Pendergrass band was the 1st to produced Carman Bryant's song "Midnight Star" but the studio master tapes were lost when Cecil moved to England after Teddy stopped performing. Not mentioned he didn’t leave any money to his children. His daughter comments she was sad to see him in October several months before dying. But this suggest she only meet him occasionally.
