You guys are looking so much more chilled and relaxed than your first time in Africa.... It seems like you've adjusted to Africa's time and rhythm. This is going to be an amazing adventure.
This trip and the idea behind it , pausing and checking the journey is awesome. Well-done for this ,and may I say , no better place than The African bush. Awesome thanks for the great footage .
Give me more. The editing and footage of both the 1st and now the second series is really stunning. I love over-landing but being stuck in a wheelchair sometimes has its limits to what I can experience. Climbing the small ridge or rocky outcrop to get that perfect sunset photograph or open plain is not always possible. But through videos like this and what people like Christoff from get out go post, I can experience the parts unreached. Thank you.
@@teddy.nkosi3 that was their decision, I don't plan their routes. Imagine you only have a certain amount of time to see Southern Africa, wouldn't you want to fit in as much as possible too?
Anyone who still runs a 2006 iPod with Napster music is the one you need on a road trip, especially through the wilds of Africa. This is the sort of trip you always wanna take with your buddies and so few ever do.
Been watching yall for a while and wanting to get myself in on this overland life. Finally bought a gx460 put stage 5 icon suspension on and a ton of other mods . Finally starting to explore with my rig and couldn’t be happier. Thanks for the inspiration! ❤
Hi guys, We have a saying here in South Africa which is “ going nowhere slowly”. That’s how we like to travel our country. It’s difficult for tourists as they have limited time. But it’s the only way to appreciate this amazing country. Loving your videos. Thank you for visiting SA.
Wahat a pleasure to watch, and get thinking about your own life. Unfortunately not in the same beautiful place you guys are in. That would be a dream trip for the future. ❤
Love this ep Clay and the team. To see a little of blokes talking deep was an important piece of a wild adventure. It at times can be why we do trips like these. Keep up the great work, loving what you do from here down under. Look forward to the next one. Cheers.
Awesome video as always XO Crew. The return to Africa series is so epic. Can’t wait to see the rest of it. Thanks for letting us ride along with y’all on y’all’s adventures.
I liked the first episode! It was really cool to see ya'll having animal encounters! One reminder: If ya'll choose a song ya'll agree on, think about what the viewers might like! Just a reminder! May I suggest a song for next time? It's called "He lives in you" because it reminds us of whom we're made to be and whom is in us as well as reminding us of the beautiful and wonderful South African parks! Nonetheless, awesome job on making the return happen!
Camaraderie doesn't happen by accident; developing a strong sense of trust, accountability, and togetherness around team goals requires intentional effort. Don Yaeger. Thus the purpose is revealed.
21:00 I wish more mundane logistics would be shown. Like full and groceries. None of that is boring, I'd love for this video to be 10 to 30 minutes longer with footage/scenes of logistical stuff. Also wish episode 1 had shown airport scenes at both ends (US and Africa), shown pickup of the vehicles, shown the initial supply runs etc before leaving Johannesburg.

Stumbled upon your channel 🫣🫣🫣o boy when I say I’m hooked it’s an understatement. As a South African I need to check my country more❤thank you for amazing content, I’m bench watching all your videos
Great episode. Some advice for next time ( or anyone else looking to do a trip). When wild camping, pack away at night. You never know what will come visit. Elephant, lion , hyena can be destructive and monkeys will open everything.
Love these videos. Love Africa. I've been watching you forever. My question is this. Are you allowed to carry firearms just in case? We are not the top of the food chain there lol.
No. When entering a National Park you need to declare that you have no firearms ( or drones lately). Also crossing international borders with a firearm is a big no no.
I love your videos, man, along with your team. Genuine question: How do you guys handle or fight back if you encounter armed personalities with bad intentions during your trip? I think you guys keep a handgun with you or in your truck, but what if a handgun is not enough? Do you guys carry any long firearms?
Humbling to think that you could be the prey for a large predator leaving cat tracks. Snippets like this and the purpose in life reflections brought to light great vulnerability and direction in the game of life.
good production and great scenery but I'm so over the guys having reflective moments every 2 seconds. If this is always going to be a journey of mental health then I'm out. All the best.
This show is therapeutic to say the least, always looking forward to the videos
Thank you!

I love you this Africa series especially when you pass through my country. Its so sad couldn't meet or see you
I thoroughly enjoyed the "appreciate the moment" vibe in this video.
Awesome, thank you!
Love the discussions on purpose and next chapter. Reminds me of John Eldredge and Wild at Heart stuff.
Totally!
One of my favorite authors!
Love it! These guys really capture the beauty of overlanding and remote camping. Awesome series again!

Why are you allowing your US friends to be mislead 😢

Hi Guys. less talking more driving 😂
Or perhaps it could be, less driving more talking?
You guys are home.
Hey loving the camera Leica Q2? Is my favorite :)
More overlanding, less trying to tug on the heartstrings.
I like the hart string part, this I think is what the trip is all about. To get perspective back in your life.
Reminds me of Big Bend, Tx
Mans conference in a nutshell 🧍♂️ 👨 🤓💪😁

It’s from a journal shop on the Rialto bridge in Venice Italy.
