I've watched a lot of video's and paranormal investigations on the Villisca Axe Murders House. This is the first time any of investigations have shown the resting places of the victims. Thank you for this. Once again you dealt with the topic with great dignity and respect. RIP to all the victims of this tragic event.
First of all, nice headstone! Such a horrific story. The period pieces in the house certainly looked like the authentic pieces that would be used in that time frame. I enjoyed Johnny's explanation of how the history went. The police corruption that still goes on 100 years later. Smh. There was a superstition that mirrors were covered in the presence of a dead person so their souls would not be captured inside the mirror. I felt terrible sadness and fear inside this house. Amazing Scott.
I feel the same everytime I see a program on this house. The people who were killed here, if their energy remains, the energy is feelings of fear and horrify and pain. If the evil murderer's energy is here, that would be the only dark, demonic energy.
Hi Scott, at the beginning of October, I asked you to cover the Villisca Axe Murder House. I grew up in Davenport, IA. My grandparents, Mom, aunt are all buried at the Geneseo Methodist Church. Cemetery. Near Buckingham IA. Where my grandparents farmed they retired in Waterloo. My remaining living uncle and aunt live near Ames, IA. I don't know why I told you all that, lol! Nerves I guess! I spent all my childhood in Iowa. I love it there so much! However, I married a southern man so, I'm stuck in Tennessee, lol! It looks like the weather was gorgeous the day you filmed. Anyone living and growing up in Iowa knows the story behind this house! Just walking through it with you filming gives me the Willie's and freaks me out! It's like you can feel a presence as your filming. Could just be me! Although I'm sensitive to paranormal situations. Thank you so much for covering this unsolved, tragic murders. I know it effected the community for years. Of coarse it did.....a lunatic killed 2 adults and 6 children! Tragic! Especially that it's gone unsolved. Jill Gross
I was born in Cedar Falls...went back there every summer as a kid and teenager to visit my grandma. My family was from Spencer. Auntie had a farm in Ottosen, which is not too far from West Bend, where more of my family lived....as well as Algona and Waverly.
Beautiful but very sad video Scott. Your respect for the victims is so touching. I just love you and your videos!!! Bless you Scott!!! Thank you for all you do!!
I spent the night in that house about a year ago and I photographed at night and in the bedroom where little Lena slept in the room was full of orbs and I was nervous all night. ...you are by far my favorite channel.
@@InstantKarma313 yes my imagination ran amuck that night, I believe the place is haunted but I bailed right before morning I was scared all night because of the nature of their death their business in life was not finished. The owner wanted to return my money but I told them to keep it for maintaining the house and grounds, I also spent the night in the Lizzy Bordon House and was not as nervous as I was in the axe murder house. I got thru that one. Watching in the net not being in those places but when you are in these places knowing it's history is another kettle if fish
You did a wonderful job with this video. I've seen other videos on this house but what I loved about yours is the level of respect you have for the victims. Every time I see this house..the windows freak me out..total Amityville vibes. Ty for going to the graves of the victims...I haven't seen anyone do that before..Ty again Scott for all of your hard work. You're the best at what u do.
Great presentation Scott, the tour of the old house really gave me goosebumps and such a sad story about the Moore's and how they were all murdered, in their beds, in their sleep! For they had no chance. It could have been a group of killers involved? Scott, you're such a classy guy by setting a small stone on each name on their headstone, you the man, man. I love you channel man, KUTOS, to you Scott and also to the tour guide as well. REST IN PEACE to the MOORE family...
I live in a house where a child fell out his bedroom window and passed away. Then the mother committed suicide in the bathroom. And I swear my house is haunted
I've never heard of this case before how devastating. Top notch editing and research per usual Scott! Music was eerie; giving Halloween vibes. That doll in the attic creeps me tf out lol Excellent vid!
Thank you for doing this video! I asked you a couple of weeks ago on Instagram as I’m from Iowa about going here! You are amazing and get me through my work days as I watch and listen to them all! Another amazing video!
This is such a creepy story. How weird the connections between this house and the Sally house, Wow! I don't think I'd want to stay overnight in either house. Well, maybe in a group but for sure never alone. Great video as usual Scott!
All the summers I spent in Iowa as a kid and teenager, with grandma. I always wanted to go to Villisca...but grandma said no! I am glad you are taking us there, because I know it will be a fair and respectful visit! THANK YOU, Scott!!!!
Another amazing story and video. It's beyond belief that anyone can kill especially with an ax. Those graves of the poor families so sad to see. Such a beautiful well kept cemetery and so peaceful . Scott I love everything you put on you make it all more interesting. Love ❤️ from West Yorkshire UK ❤️
This is amazing Scott I'm sure you know by now how much I love these kinda videos as I always been saying. Hope there is more to come. I love my creepy stuff. I still can't get over how you did your last one in the cemetery at night. That is pure bravery 😃
Hi Scott. You were in my neck of the woods. Wish I knew you were in town. Would of loved 2 meet you. We have never been to that house ever. Thank you 4 taking us along. Johnny was super cool. So heartbreaking. Can not believe this is still a cold case. 💔
I was told by my mom born in 1924 that in the 1800's to early 1900's after a death in the house they would cover all the mirrors so the deceased person's soul wouldn't be trapped in the mirror.
Thanks for putting my hometown on the map Scott. Very good job on this video I spent many a nights in that house which I mentioned before to you still can't believe that was almost 40 years ago. Johnny Hauser not sure if I spelled his name right sorry if I didn't. Really super cool guy very knowledgeable not very many facts in this case but a lot of rumors really sad that nobody was brought to Justice. Even though the house look a little different from 40 years ago it's still brought back memories thanks again Scott.
I'm glad you went here my guy! This place us th4 only place that for some reason gives me the creeps. The tragedy really holds a stigma on this house. Great video!
I believe there was a one guest, or two, In the house that night, I believe the family were very possibly drugged with a sedative somehow, there is no way, anyone could murder eight, in different rooms, and no one would get up, or no screaming being heard.
An awesome video as usual. I absolutely love the videos you post. The amount of work you put in is very much appreciated. This is a horrific story. I'm in Ontario and I had sort of heard of the name Villisca but didn't know the details. Thank you again for this . I loved it!
Such a tragic horrific story. I'm glad Johnny was there to give out the actual true facts in his explanation of the history regarding this tragic event. Great video & RIP to the victims, the Moore family 🙏🙏🕊🕊
Loved, loved the video…of course. You stopped for a second on the headstone that said, Scott, stop it lol. Love your stuff, I wish I could grow like you did, how difficult it is. I wish you much success. ❤
Thank you so much! It's a tragic story. If this happened today, I don't think it would be unsolved. Imagine all the forensic evidence that could have been collected, but wasn't. Anyway, even a century later, one senses the human tragedy that unfolded. Greetings from South Africa
I just recently read about this. Nicely done sweetie, you always do things so respectfully. Your character is what drew me to you in the beginning of your YT journey. Love and peace...
I am so happy that I recently found you. I was looking for new TH-camrs to watch. I love the gruesome details. Thank you for taking the time to post this.
Your coverage of this story is eerie and gave me chills. Thanks for the cemetery coverage too, the headstone is beautiful and sad. Imagine a world where people never locked their doors and neighbors came and went freely. RIP to all the victims
Great video Scott. Beautiful home. Can't say i experienced anything abnormal about the place and I was walking around by myself at night throughout the house. People do bad things. Homes are just inanimate structures. I think the fact that it happened so long ago, as opposed to inhabiting a house where someone like a suicide melted into the floor, do to not being found for some time, for lack of more appropriate words, is what made it not creepy or as some people say, bad juju. Awesome interview and video! For anyone wondering what crime scene cleanups are like post suicide and the person not being found for weeks... Don't look it up. You WILL regret it. Sad stuff. Great upload and interview Scott! Rip to the family.
I agree my house was built in 1930 (lived there since 2014) I'm sure in 90+ years Someone's passed away there. I get no bad vibes, but have seen alot of orbs & sometimes feel like I'm being watched but Nah Im not afraid
Chasing and hacking up (Im sure they all just didnt stay still while the first one was being chopped up)six defenseless terrified children is beyond"bad" person sir...that is a Grimm monster
Well I can tell you that unless "parts" are left, you have to pay for cleanup. My mother had to clean almost everything after the suicide of my step dad because we were poor.... and I can tell you that the blood is probably still staining the concrete of that houses laundry room over 20 years later.
Excellent presentation and visualization even with a lack of eyewitness testimony! I'd never heard of this tragedy - thanks to your viewer for planting this seed in your noggin, and for bringing us along on the trek. The poor Stillinger mother, miscarrying after the deaths of their daughters. Looking at their birth/death dates, the Stillingers passed on relatively soon after each other. With some, tragedy and loss of a child drives the parents apart in divorce. Looks like these two stuck together and stuck it out. I don't know if I could remain in the same town with so much pain and the murders unsolved.
This murder is reminiscent of a similar case that took place in Germany in 1922 in the place "hinterkaifeck". There, too, the whole family was beaten to death in their own house
What a sad and tragic story, I feel so awful that the whole Moore family were killed and the two Stillinger girls. All killed for no reason. Your videos show how much you care about victims and their families, you are the only one tells the whole story and shows where victims are buried - so they are never forgotten. Scott , this was so and..that poor family and all the babies .who could do that ..definitely an evil person. The headstone looks as new as the day it was laid. So so sad . Another great video. 💙👍
Hey Scott, I'm 60 Years Old, was born and raised in Des Moines, Ia. for the past 4 Years I've been living in Ankeny, Ia. All My life I've never gone down to visit the Axe Murder House in Villisca but My Daughter has been there with Friends of Hers . I told Her She should stay the night there and She said NO WAY IN HELL!! LMAO Keep doing the Amazing content! Take Care and God Bless Brother!! Don from Ankeny, Iowa
There's definitely a heavy feeling in that house. I went there, sat in a chair in the corner of the living room. The whole time the guide was telling the story, i felt a heaviness on my shoulders. I kept turning to look behind (knowing im sitting in a corner) and nothing. As soon as i got up to look around the house. The heaviness was gone.
Thank you so much Scott for doing an amazing video on this house and doing it safely. I say this with all due respect but the last time I saw anything on this house was Ghost Adventures. Zak Bagans laid on the staircase to the basement of the house with an axe above him. He was provoking a spirit to push the axe down on him. I was scared the entire episode hoping nothing happened to him.
Love your videos but there is no sound on this 1
Refresh . There’s sound on every device I have
Try turning UP the volume.
