    Nobody knows Keir Starmer's true position: first he was a Bremainer who wanted a second referendum but then he wanted to "Get Brexit Done". He says he wants to nationalise industries but then backtracked on that too.

    If he improves Labour's appearance as an economically competent party, offers a vision for the future in 2024, and continues to outperform in ''Best PM'' public opinion, then yes. Obstacles include boundary changes, the ability of Tory party to reinvent themselves, and just general apathy. But its going well for Starmer so far. What do the creators of the video reckon on his PM prospects?

    He has a massive job. The north to south wave was not a vote for SNP then Tories South of the border, it was a rejection of London WOKE politics. Peoples feelings should never be hurt because of what they are. But hurt feelings are not the same as dire poverty, lack of employment. Especially as all types of people are affected.

      @@anish7183 since I wrote that 6 months ago its become blatantly obvious he's there to fail and he is failing......very badly. He has to be the worst opposition leader for decades. He's more Tory than Boris. Fortunately for Starmer Bozza is doing a great job of destroying himself and the Tory party. Only problem is if Starmer did get in we'd have another Tory government.

    who seems to have reached the other end of the road.

    Nationalization of energy and rail is certainly a bad idea and will kill innovation and efficiency. Abolishing house of lords may not be a bad idea. Increased taxation is a double edged sword.. may be better to increase consumption taxes on non essentials. Brexit is a known disaster...a slow suicide by UK...they should try to reverse it before too late.

    • @matthewbonfield
      @matthewbonfield ปีที่แล้ว

      it could kill innovation and efficiency, but it could also help to facilitate it. privatisation motives people more, but it has no moral compass and sustainable technologies might be better implemented if they are given 'breathing room' from nationalisation

    • @kieranmulholland1281
      @kieranmulholland1281 ปีที่แล้ว

      Privatisation of energy is a scam. We don't have access to a free energy market and never will due to the nature of how energy is distributed.

There is no one else fit to do the job in any of the other parties. Expect slander & lies on a grand scale . Hold your heads high Starmer there are lots of people who recognize your integrity. If only there was a way to hold the Tory press to account. I believe that not withstanding the corruption in politics & the press you will prevail. Starmer for Prime minister.
