This video inspired me to rearrange some things in my daughters room today! All her walls are grey and she has one pink accent wall. I swapped some furniture around and found a new piece to hang above her bed! Love how Macie’s room turned out!!

I love your tender heart! When you showed us Macie’s room I started to laugh. My oldest granddaughter at age 3 wanted a PINK BEDROOM! Oh my... ceiling was a light pink.... walls another shade of pink and then a deeper shade of pink for the bookcase and trim! I did the painting because my daughter had had major surgery for cancer. When I left that night and looked up at her room....IT WAS A PINK GLOW! I had a hard time seeing in the night because everything had a funny shade of pink to it! LOL!!! We still laugh at it...and she is turning 17! Her younger sister who is 11 has it and is also sick of PINK! The 17 year old has moved on the the grays, white and blush tones! Yes the grow up! They change ... and it is exciting to see WHO THEY BECOME.... but a little sad on the heart for sure! Beautiful room and I am sure Macie is loving it big time! 💕💕💕💕

(She wants me to decorate it!) Time sure flies with just brief moments to hang onto it seems. It’s perfect for Macie at this time in her life! She’s becoming a young lady, so pretty and smart!
My daughter had the sweetest nursery when she was a baby. It had a white chandelier and painted in a light pink called Pink Cadillac. Last year for her tenth birthday she asked for her room to be redone "Chip and Joanna Gaines style," she called it. I know the heartache you were going through in this video. It's bittersweet... Your daughters room makeover was so perfect and it was bright just right for a little girl but the gray is really calming (didn't realize how bright it was until the after pic) . I used to love to decorate my daughters room when she was little. It gave me so much joy. I changed it kinda often at key moments: Big girl bed time, start of school, 10th birthday etc, but one thing never changed a heart theme because I bought a very expensive picture with hearts on it. It was over $50, so it wasn't going away. She is almost 29 now and I still have it in my attic and the bedding! i have a grandson, but I'm saving it for a granddaughter someday! .

Brings back so many memories of my room changes, loved them all , each stage was show how my interests change but dancing was always in there. Even today I have my mirror with a ballerina looking towards it and my last pair of ballet shoes. Great job . Take care everyone 😉

I think I may have to get one of those buddies for my spare bedroom! You can tell she is happy...her sweet smile when she saw it all together! The room is darling. I remember when my 2 girls shared a pink room. A Mom's dream come true! The next transition was to Americana. My graphic designer daughter painted the room. She is very fussy. To this day it's Americana. Our youngest son made it his room when the girls moved out. I miss the pink. But Sheena's hard work went in to the room so it will stay that way. I don't paint much. The kitchen was wallpapered the same for 31 years. I just had that all stripped off n painted. Empty nesters have more time n money;). You have a very thankful little girl. And that she should be. I love beddys bedding, we had got one for my daughters room and before I knew it our whole family had beddys on our beds lol. And I purchased the naturally bo ho for ours and it's the most comfortable bedding ever.

All the kids were so cute but I have to say that I got a real kick out of the twins running around in their capes. And Ethan was very thoughtful about what to decorate his sister's room. Unicorns! Just love it! Perfect refresh to A “big” girls room. (Always little in our hearts) Mine is 9 and starting to get a mind of her own about her room. She decided she wants a room theme of “field of dreams”! Still trying to decode that one. I do know there are unicorns involved. Haha. I loved everything! I am going to get those books for sure. So cute!

This video just inspired me so much. I painted my daughter's room pink when we brought our first home in 2013. She was 3. She just told me that she doesn't like pink anymore and I've been hesitant to redo it but it's time. I know I'll be emotional but your finished product is so nice.

Lovely job on the room. It looks very nice and should last until she becomes a tween. Great job! All the kids were so cute but I have to say that I got a real kick out of the twins running around in their capes. And Ethan was very thoughtful about what to decorate his sister's room. Unicorns! So sweet that he knows she likes them so much. He also did a pretty good imitation of Madden when he moved in for the close-up. Great kids. Great bedroom and great video. Thanks!
