ELCIN celebrates 154 years of missionary work - nbc

President Nangolo Mbumba joined the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Namibia (ELCIN) in celebration of the 154th anniversary of its missionary work at Omandongo Village in the Oshikoto Region.
