Affirmative Repositioning movement leader Job Amupanda has attacked the president of the Independent Patriots for Change (IPC) Itula for his over-involvement in the affairs of the Windhoek municipal council
Amupanda is particularly unhappy with Itula's constant restraining of IPC councillors. He claimed Itula was obsessed with him, that is why the IPC leader has been overinvolved in the council.
