- Chaos erupted at the ECN - Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN) Code of Conduct signing ceremony in Windhoek, when the independent candidate and opposition parties refused to sign the document. They alleged that they were not afforded a chance to read the document before signing it, and for this reason decided to walk out of the meeting.
