How so, exactly? The decision didn't change anything! The US President has always had immunity for official acts. This changes NOTHING. Just a huge waste of time and money to make no changes. Of course, the delay does possibly help Trump in the election, but that was the whole point of the delay anyway. They could have made this same ruling last December, since it changes nothing.
