Some people are only just getting back into the game and with really old accounts, it can be really scary trying to figure out what to do in Idle Heroes. Let's see if we can point this person in the right direct.

Events used to be one loop and you did them to get the resources for the other events. If you did all your stuff every month you could pretty much get enough resources to do one loop of each event. It was like a hamster wheel, the trick was to build enough to get on the wheel.

I really wish they’d add a soul symbol pack for returning players.
Either as a welcome back gift after two weeks or so. Or even a relatively cheap pack to purchase.
Returning to the game after 4 years and not been able to get soul symbols without saving for prophet or summon events is killing me!!

As some people have already said in the comments, might as well keep this acc as it really is vintage and might as well just start from scratch. Went back to an alt acc just to make this kind of lineup that wrecked people in CCL as I started dab smack in 3rd anniv so this was a great refresher! welcome come to the game buddy

Why begrudge a player who is desperately trying to pretend they're at endgame with IH still in the best meta they remember? We all need some delusion. (Yes, I know that is not the case but it's interesting to consider)

To be honest: with an Account like this I think starting a new acc and keeping this as a jewel of old is so mich better. There are 2 E5 heroes on this account, thats 2 months of playing nowadays while back when this existed probably took well over a year if he didnt whale back then. Plus you have to invest resources to regress and rebuild and that stuff so you're not even those 2 month ajead of the curve. So I'd much rather have this gem than destroying it (I am speaking of personal experience..)
Edit:VIP 6 so maybe didnt take a year but probably still quite a bit

Choosing the flag over the artifact hurt me personally. Old brain doesn’t mean you can’t read, it was just a matter of twitchy fingers. If you are coming back from the game, please do some research before rushing into decisions lol
